The man that came out from ADT was a very caring and considerate person because I have white carpet and he took his shoes off without me asking him too. He did a great job, explained everything to me and the kids were running around, the baby was crying and he waited patiently for me to settle everyone down. That really impressed me. He was an all around nice guy and just for that and the fact that ADT keeps my family safe I would highly recommend them. The system was free; I just pay a small monthly fee for monitoring for safety and comfort.

ADT came out and hooked up an alarm system. It was free, but they charge a monthly maintenance fee. However, it's a low monthly fee and it's well worth it. They explained everything to me. The technician was professional, polite and courteous. ADT makes me feel safe and secure, so I will always use them.

ADT is a wonderful company. I can leave and go out of town and not worry about the house because ADT is monitoring it. I know if anything happens, they will be right there so I feel safe and secure with ADT. The man that installed the system was polite, understanding and friendly. He explained how the system works and he repeated things until I really understood. I won't use anyone other than ADT.

ADT did a great job installing my security system. The technician explained everything to me, he was understanding, polite, and professional. ADT gives us security, peace of mind, and we wouldn't do without them. When the alarm goes off, the whole neighborhood can hear it, so I feel we have nothing to worry about.

I am impressed with how closely they monitor your house. They check the system every 3 months. I had it installed about 2 years ago. They did a good job of explaining how the system works, and how to program it under different circumstances.

I called ADT and they came out and installed the alarm system, it was free with a maintenance contract, which is only a small monthly fee for peace of mind. The system hooked up to the constable and they call if there are any problems. We know ADT keeps us safe and secure and I wouldn't do without them.

ADT took my call quickly and came by to give me an estimate. They were very reasonable on the maintenance prices, they demonstrated the free system, and showed me how it hooks in to the police department. The installation was scheduled on the spot, and the technician was well prepared. After he installed the system, he activated it, and gave me a small remote control to carry with me. He did a really good job and left me the monthly maintenance agreement.

The company came out right away and got the system running in no time. They did a great job at explaining how to program the alarm system and how the actual system works. I have never had any malfunctions in the more than three years that I have had it. They will come right out to fix any problems that occur with the system. Before they left, they made sure all door sensors, window sensors, and motion detectors were working properly.

ADT returned my call immediately and came by to give a price for the monthly monitoring and to install the system. The installation was scheduled on the spot, and the technician was well equipped. He gave us a demonstration of the system and explained how the monitoring device worked. He did a good job, and we feel more safe and secure.

I have never had anyone break in thank goodness, but the alarm has gone off quite a few times. When the alarm goes off ADT contacts the neighbors right away. If they cannot get in touch with the neighbors or me, then they will call a sheriff to come out. I am pretty satisfied with them and I will probably keep them around for a while.

ADT has been very good, although we had some problems with the system from some lighting. They came right out and did some excellent work on the system. We have had a few false alarms and we felt that they were very fast on getting in touch with us and letting us know what the alarm was.

We really like the fact that the monitoring service has automatic calling in case of a break-in. When they came out to do the installation, they even put sensors on the extra doors and windows that we wanted protected. We feel safe, secure, and protected with the system and knowing that it is constantly being monitored.

The main system was already built into the house by ADT. This was done on most of the homes in the neighborhood. We did not have to connect it. We did not want to. It was already installed though, so we called ADT and they came right over. The technician connected the system and explained how it works. The one feature I like the most is the hostage code. This code is a false code that ADT would then relay to the police, in case someone gets in the house when we are home. The only thing we did not like is the technician was too long winded. It took an hour for him to leave.

I had a lot of false alarms with the system &, when the alarm went off, they didn't contact me before they contacted the police. I had to pay money for false alarms, as the police charged me for every false alarm. They didn't even try to fix the false alarms. I was unhappy with the police as well because all they actually did was drive by- they never even checked with me. So I can't even verify the times they said they came out & the times they didn t.

This house has an alarm system that is monitored by ADT. We have been a customer of theirs for many years and find them good to deal with. There was a time when I was out of town that we had a false alarm. Apparently the door had blown open with the winds and ADT quickly sent the police over to our house to check things out for us and to shut the door. The alarm company is very good to call if they think it might be a false alarm.

When I moved in to my house their alarm system was already in place, so I called in to have them activate it. They have a very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous staff, and they clearly explained it all to me. I have never had a problem with false alarm, and I believe that the price is the best in the area.

I have used them for ten years with none of the common problems such as false alarms or poor maintenance service. I really like their dedication to service and the quality of work their employees show. The installation went painless and looks good. I feel secure in my home and when I leave, I don't have to worry about the house or my belongings.

We have been pleased with the service that they provide to us. We have had no false alarms, just a couple accidental set offs. If you turn it off in a certain amount of time they don't count it as a false alarm against you, which is good because if you get too many they'll charge you for the police coming out. They did a good job explaining the system and don't hassle us about the few set offs.

We haven't had any false alarms with this company and only a few accidental set offs they were our fault. They've been understanding when that does happen, as they just call to check up and if I give them my code number everything is fine. They have a fast response time as well. The system was in place when we moved in, and they sent someone out to make sure we knew how to use it. We pay quarterly for the monitoring service.

ADT has always done a real good job, and I have been using them for about five years now. I hardly ever have any false alarms, which is good because I have small children. They explained to me exactly how it works, and they always call to check and see if everything is still working properly. I feel that the price is good.

I had them install extra glass breakage alarms in the living room and kitchen, and they did it without any extra costs. I feel very safe and highly confident that I am in the best hands with the security system and monitoring service. They came out to install the system the same day and did an excellent job at explaining clearly how the system works and also how to program it. The installation cost covers the monitoring.

ADT answered my call promptly and followed up quickly with a contract and changing the equipment. They were very reasonable with their prices and were able to explain the specific reason for changing out the equipment and redoing the settings. The change out was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set, and the technician was on time. I signed the maintenance contract, and the technician perfected the system matching my area code.

I think the company is just great. When the alarm goes off they are quick to call, and they are very courteous. A little while back I had an emergency where an ambulance was required. I requested that they send an ambulance, and it was there within a few minutes. I feel a lot safer having the system.

THEY HAD VERY COMPETITIVE PRICES. PUNCTUAL AND DID THE JOB IN THE ALLOTTED TIME. POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HOWEVER, THE SALES PERSON DID NOT TOTALLY UNDERSTAND ALL ASPECTS OF WHAT IT WOULD TAKE TO COMPLETE THE JOB.

ADT PROVIDED ON-TIME RESPONSE WHEN ALARM WENT OFF WHILE AWAY.
