ADT does a very good job. They have a pretty quick response time. I've never had any problems with them. They have a good customer service and have always been nice when I talk with them. When they installed the system they explained exactly how it worked and how to operate it. I pay them annually.

ADT provides a good service at a reasonable price. We have used this alarm monitoring service since 1990 and they have been very good to us. ADT was quick to respond to a false alarm when the phone company accidentally cut the wires for our alarm system. ADT had it repaired and back on line in no time at all.

We're pleased with their service and have had no false alarms. They've checked up once on us. Since we're happy with them, we have no reason to change companies. They charge me monthly.

The alarm system in our home is monitored by ADT and we have had no complaints. There really isn t much for them to do but monitor the system from their office. We had a couple of false alarms mostly because I forgot to disable the alarm before trying to enter. I just call them to let them know I set it off by accident. They charge us a monthly fee to look after our system and we are pleased with everything to this point.

After the second false alarm, ADT came to the house to fix it. They thought it was us because the people, who lived here before, had not had this problem. After the sensor was replaced, they apologized for the oversight. This is was one of their older systems, and suggested we upgrade. They were honest about everything, which we appreciate. Because of that, we will upgrade a few months from now.

When they came to install the system, they were very polite. They explained in detail what would happen if the system triggered. They would not leave until I properly understood the procedures. I thought that was very nice of them to take the time to teach me. Otherwise, I might not know what to do in case of an emergency. I am very comfortable with ADT. They showed me great professionalism.

ADT did a great job explaining the ins and outs of the system they installed. I have never had a problem with false alarms. I feel that their staff is great. Their response times are great as well.

We switched to them for monitoring because our old company switched ownership and raised prices. We have been happy with them and they have good prices and quick response times. We have never had a problem with false alarms due to a malfunction, just our own accidental set offs, and they always call to check up.

Everything is everything fine I guess. I pay monthly for the service. That is wonderful. The installation went great. I never have problems as far as the alarm triggering off or anything. I feel comfortable as of now. I hope there is never an emergency, but that would probably be the only way to know just how reliable they really are. I hope they would be on time. They sure send their bill on time!

ADA provides adequate service, although I no longer use their services. I chose to switch companies earlier this year because I was not comfortable with a policy change. They were planning to call my contact people if they couldn't reach me in the event of a false alarm, rather than sending the police immediately. Even though I no longer use their services, they did do a good job explaining the system at the time of installation.

ADT is very prompt and efficient. I swear it was only a matter of an hour or so and I was connected with service. I thought that was pretty good service! They are very affordable and I am pleased with the services. The people who provided the services for me were just wonderful. They explained everything to me. I feel very confident that if there is ever an emergency, ADT will take care of me.

I was very happy with everything. Now, I am not. I just recently had to get rid of them because of lack of monitoring. They monitored my house wonderfully. After six months, they stopped. I was kind of on my own after that. I did not enjoy this at all. I wish they had discussed this with me in the beginning. I will never deal with ADT again. They did charge me by the month.

The annual check up may not be necessary, but it makes us feel safer knowing everything is in working order. Their technician is knowledgeable in this area, and explains all testing techniques to us. We get a walk through to remind us of how it works. He is very polite and talks slow enough for us to understand. We have not had a false alarm yet, the system works, as it should.
