Overall, I am satisfied. I have had the alarm system for a while, and I never have any problems, as far as having false alarms or anything of that nature. The service is good. I pay a monthly fee to keep the system, and I feel the price to be quite reasonable. Everything seems to be good with Brinks!

I am very satisfied with Brinks. They are a very good company. However, my husband and I are an older, retired couple who are actually on a fixed income; therefore; we have had to call Brinks and tell them that we are not going to be able to use their services anymore. When I had told them this, they offered to work with me as far as the pricing to get my payments lowered to about 17 dollars a month rather than the original payment. I still think this is a little high, being that my income is so low, but that was very generous of them. I had a lightning storm that had blown out the system and was supposed to pay 300 to 400 dollars to have the system replaced, but Brinks worked with me and had my insurance cover it.

Their service has been fine, and we have used them for over thirty years so far. We have no complaints, and we haven't had any problems with false alarms either. They have a pretty fast response time. When we had it hooked up, they sent someone out to show us how the system works and how to program it.

I haven't had any false alarms. When the workers were done, they made sure to explain the system and gave me instructions on how to operate the alarm. They also provide checkups when requested. I also have a keypad inside my home with a pin number to shut the system off. I can't remember the price.

I have had a few false alarms over the seven years I have been a customer of Brinks home Security and they have been very patient with me. They are very responsive and professional. They do our yearly service check and anything else we may need in between. We just call and they are great. We are billed quarterly at a very fair price and will continue to trust them with our security system.

They came out and installed a new home security system years ago. They did a great job of explaining the system when it was installed. They have very nice courteous staff who are always professional. I have never had a problem with false alarms. I feel much safer having the system in my home.

They are friendly and are there 24 hours a day to answer any questions that I may have. Overall the system is in very good working order. Hopefully I do not have to call them for any problems.

The company didn't charge for the installation of the system and the only cost is the monthly monitoring service. They are very professional and courteous when they come out. When they came out to install the system they clearly explained how the system works and how to program it. They will come out the same day that I call if I need anything fixed or looked at.

I am rather pleased with the company. The installation process was quick and done in a timely manner. The people were nice and courteous. They didn t talk very much. They just came in and got right to work. I never have any false alarms, however they are supposed to call me if such a thing happens. My access code was not working one day and they came out to look at it. I forgot I had changed the code but they were here quickly to check the problem.

The alarm system is one of the best and we feel really secure with it. If the alarm goes off, they always call in the next minute or so and check on it. We haven't had a single malfunction with the system and to our surprise the system has never went off line. It's a wonderful alarm and a great monitoring service that keeps us secure.

They do a good job, and they have a quick response time in alerting the sheriff's office that we've had an alarm. The sheriff's office sometimes has a slow response time, but that's not the company's fault! They did an excellent installation, and we have had no false alarms. I have set it off on accident a few times myself, but it has never just gone off on its own. Also, they did an excellent job of explaining how to use it.

I feel that they are doing a good job. The only false alarms are when I accidentally set it off. They are good at checking to make sure its just a false alarm. Their monitoring service is good and their response times are as well. They did a good job of installing the system and explaining how it works. The only downfall is it takes a couple of days for them to do repairs if something is down.

They came out to install the alarm system about ten years ago. I am very happy with it, and they will come out right away to fix any problem that occurs with the system. They explained clearly how the system works and how to program it. They come out every six months to make sure the system is working properly by testing it. I always feel safe since I've had the system. My son also feels safe, and we don't have to worry as much, especially since I am elderly and live alone in my own house.

Brinks Home Security is the new provider for my home security system. Their staff are very kind, courteous and their response time is great. I had a problem with the siren going out so I called and they came right out the same day and replaced it at no cost. I've never had a problem with false alarms. They do a great job.

Brinks Home Security's alarm system was already installed in the home when I moved in. I had some glitches with the alarm & decided I did not want to use them for monitoring my alarm system. I wanted to operate the system myself just as a general alarm. I offered to pay for the info on how to work the system myself, but they wouldn't give it to me. They wanted me to give the system back, which is not right, since I bought the house & it was here when I moved in.

Brinks Home Security came out to install my alarm. I am happy with their monitoring service and the job they did with installing the system. I haven't had any false alarms or any problems with the alarm. I like the feeling of security that I have now and it's nice to know that I don't have to worry when I leave my home.

THE INSTALLER WAS KIND AND COURTEOUS. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND LEFT AT A REASONABLE TIME.
