Adaptiv did a full house WiFi replacement for us. It transformed our internet usage experience. From initial visit/analysis to install and commissioning they were awesome. They did 100% of everything they promised and we could not be happier with their work. Good guys for us!

Very bad experience. Change order price increase was outrageous and even worse was the disregard for cleanliness. Had to grind some stone and had complete disregard for anything in my house. Floors and furniture COVERED in dust that I had to pay to have cleaned. Would not recommend under any circumstances.

Work was done as i expect an in a timely manor. Would use them if any problem arise.

We love our surround system so much!! We moved into a home that was pre-wired… got a bid from Best Buy which was ridiculously high. They were trying to oversell systems we truly didn’t need. Kevin came and explained a system within our budget!! ?????

The Lead Contact at Adaptiv was courteous and kept in touch all along the way. The Service (Andrew?) was very professional but friendly and did an amazing and efficient job. He installed a new Sound Bar for my TV system. He also got rid of useless cables and neatened up things behind my TV/Audio system He also went theru all the steps with me to make sure I understood new procedures. I would definitely recommed Adaptiv Automation with high regard.

We had connectivity issues with my router that prevent the system from working. This issue with the the cable providers security configuration. The technician was very patient and came out the next day while the provider was there to ensure the issue was resolved correctly.

Weâ re not of the tech generation and have often had problems with younger audio repair people understanding our fairly simple problems. This fellow (donâ t remember his name) was terrific. We needed a couple of new outdoor speakers and wanted basic ones. He got us some exactly like our old ones. I also wanted a new CD player. He showed us how to use our DVD player for that. He kept things simple, was always respectful, and had a good sense of humor. They got the job done quickly and their cost was quite reasonable. (Iâ d give a price, but Iâ m still looking for the bill in my emails.). We will definitely use them again.

The gentlemen who called to set up the appointment was very professional and asked questions to make sure they could do the job, however, the man who showed up seems a bit defeated and out of his element, also after he got done remounting the projector he just plopped down on my couch like he lived in my house and made himself very comfortable with was very uncomfortable to me. He then started messing around with settings on the projector - seemed like guesswork on his part - not very professional at all. Especially with things going on right now, contact with personal items should be minimal if any.

Fast, professional, and worth the price to have a project completed the first time.
