Deborah knew that I wanted someone to take charge of everything, because of my schedule I could not supervise. There were problems from the start. She didn't stay with the workmen and they caused the alarm to go off several times. The last time the workers were almost arrested. We had to stop work until I could be at the house to make sure everything went smoothly. I had to argue with the painters to get the work done properly. I felt Deborah should have been checking his work & making sure he did things properly. That's what I paid her to do. Getting the iron railing done to code was a hassle and in the process my wood floor was damaged. There was damage done to the dining table. These 2 things were repaired by Deborah, but the floor took months for her to take care of. The table was repaired satisfactorily. There were many mistakes with the draperies and it took months to correct. She has good ideas, but very poor execution.

Adams Ambiance did not provide adequate service. The plans that they designed did not live up to my expectations. When they installed the bamboo flooring, they created a problem with the sub-flooring, so the finished result does not look right. They didn't install the carpet correctly. The only thing that they did do right was the painting. I'm so frustrated with them, I never want them to come back to my home, even to fix the problems.
