George showed up on time and started to assess the wiring of the fan (included was a remote control module for use by a remote) and started making the necessary adjustments. Once everything was hooked up, asked me to turn on the circuit breaker and test the system with the remote. Everything worked like a charm and the price was very reasonable since it was short notice. Now I have a working fan that works with a remote. George is very nice and professional and I would definitely recommend his services in the future, I know I will be calling for all my electrical issues! Very happy with the entire experience!

They’re prompt, clean and efficient.

They did sheetrock work on a fairly large hole and the finished product was the best we've ever seen. We still have jobs pending with them...roof, sheetrock repairs, painting and gutters. It is so nice to not have to worry about their finished product! They were on time and clean up was excellent. Great guys all around.

As always, they did a really great job. Action Residential Services mainly does closing repairs and listing make-ready repairs by referral through Realtors, although they also do work for customers not involved in a real estate transaction. All told, I have hired (or coordinated the hiring of) Action Residential Services on eight recent projects, and they can do just about anything at a great price, and quickly. I never have to worry about punctuality, their quality of work, or their treatment of homeowners and their furnishings -- everything is top-notch. They also have all the right insurance coverage just in case. Best of all, their bids are very competitive, and I can't say enough good things about the ease of using one service provider to take care of everything on your to-do list. Also, George, the owner, has a special gift for matching paint, and it's worth mentioning. That comes in very handy and has kept me from having to repaint entire rooms on several occasions.

I cannot say enough good things about Action Residential Services. George Winters, the owner, heads up a very skilled crew for all your painting needs. Aside from their obvious skill as painters, I was especially impressed and pleased with their courtesy and respectfulness while in my house. They moved about with caution and awareness of my furniture and possessions and always made sure they were covered and protected from any possible harm. They are friendly, easy going and you can tell they have been together for a long time and enjoy working together. Good attitudes. They showed up on time, were organized and were diligent in their work. They have first rate tools and equipment you would expect a professional crew to have and they know how to use them. When the 4 day job was finished, they removed all their equipment and belongings, cleaned up all the areas where they had worked and you would never have known they had been there (except for how much better everything looked). I guess what impressed me the most - their professionalism and obvious skill. They know their stuff; I give them a big 'thumbs up' and I will definitely use them in the future when the need arises.
