Joaquin Mendez (the owner) and one of his main men, Alex really did a super job of diagnosing my issue, explaining what was wrong, and breaking the bad news to me gently but honestly. And as a service provider myself, I recognize that nobody likes to have that and quot;total lossand quot; conversation with a client. However in this case it was what it was... Joaquin provided a detailed estimate and explanation of the work required. He worked with not only my schedule, but more importantly that of my tenant for installation. They arrived when promised, and installed the system within the time he had projected. There were no miscommunications, no hiccups, nor collateral damage in removing the old equipment or installing the new equipment. My tenant was very happy with ACI's cleanliness and professionalism and was cool again by days end, which makes me happy. I would have absolutely no problem recommending this company to any of my friends or neighbors.

ACI did a great job at reasonable price. They obtained all necessary permits and approvals with no hassle on my part. The owner is personable, responsive, and very easy to work with. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently and seamlessly until the project was completed. The owner returns all calls and followed up timely to finish up the last stage of the project. He also installed a cover for the outside lines and cleaned up construction dust covering the inner coil at no extra charge. His crew is very professional and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend ACI to anyone and plan on using them in the future.
