ACE MECHANICAL SVC

Called the night before for service call and service man showed up promptly the next morning at 8:00am to check out the situation and quickly found the problem. He had us up and running in a timely manner and we were very pleased with the service. We have used them in the past and Ace Mechanical is always on time or earlier. I really appreciate that aspect of the service because so many contractors say they will be there at a certain time and are late with no phone call or either they just don't show up at all. Ace has always provided prompt, friendly service.

AWESOME Company!! We all have a and quot;go toand quot; company for things we can't fix ourselves - this is by far the BEST Heating and AC company around. We have been in our home for nearly three years and every year when we turn the first floor heat on, debris falls from the vents and must be cleaned up every morning. (Not what you want to wake up to) We have had three different companies come out during this time and each one told us that the problem was something different. One said we needed to replace the furnace, another said nothing was wrong and yet another told us that the heat exchanger unit was cracked and should be replaced for safety reasons. Big dollar repair costs! We called Ace Mechanical Services to determine the issue. The technician arrived at the scheduled time and inspected the unit. After removing the heat exchanger, he confirmed that there was no cracks or problems with the furnace. After inspecting the ducts, he found that there was so much dust and debris built up that the dry heated air pushed it through the vents anytime we ran the heater. FINALLY we had found the cause! Ace Mechanical Services cleaned all of the first floor ducts and our problem is solved! The technicians were professional and cleaned every area they serviced. This company will be my and quot;go toand quot; company for any heating or AC problem. Thanks Ace Mechanical Team!!!

Top of the line service you just don’t see much anymore. The service date was very easy to schedule. I received a courtesy reminder the day before. He showed up on time as scheduled. Very polite and respectable. Work areas were kept safe and clean during the service. He answered all of my questions and explained energy saving potential that more than pays for this service agreement. This service leaves me with the peace of mind that my equipment will get me through the hot Texas summer without worry.

They came out May 2010 for the first time and my electric bills were considerably lower that summer than the year before and they ran about the same this year as last year. These people were very nice, the technician made sure to wipe his feet before coming back into my home and called me sir. I recommended them to my neighbor when their A/C went out and they seem to be very happy with their work also. Prices were definitely fair to me.
