Have used this company for years, would not think of using anyone else. Courteous staff and knowledgeable techs whether in an emergency situation or routine maintenance they have promptly been here for us.

Always friendly staff that are happy to get on with the job, excellent service and the service is always reasonably priced. I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They fixed our A/C and it works like new again. Thank you so much guys

He had a full schedule but he was able to squeeze me in. He is courteous and explains in detail and advises you how to maintain your unit. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. I would recommend him 150%

Excellent service, highly recommend calling if you have an issue with your HVAC. Ours stopped working on Thursday night I called Friday morning and they were able to come that day, needed a new part and they were back on Saturday morning to install it. He explained everything and even took pictures to show us what was wrong and how he had fixed it. Six stars at least for the company.

I had a problem with heating system. Ace Comfort came the same day, diagnosed the problem, and was able to get the right part (it was a part for an old Weil Mclane unit, hard to find) and install the next day. No BS, just the job done right for fair price. Thank you!

I love cooking so my electric range was important for me. When it stopped heating, I called Ace Comfort and they didn’t fail to deliver immediate appliance service that was effective and affordable. The repair was perfectly done as my electric range was fixed and it has been working amazingly since then.

This company did not clean out drain line, claiming that it wasn't covered by the warranty and would cost $300 to clear. They also said it would be a waste of money because the unit was low on freon and would be going out in the next day or two and needed to be replaced. They contacted the warranty company to submit the paperwork to replace the unit, told us the warranty would cover a certain amount and we would be responsible for the remaining balance. They provided a quote to replace the UPSTAIRS unit and assured us it was the best price in Houston. They also indicated the urgency of getting on the schedule because they were booking up fast and we should get it done before the unit went out. The following day, the DOWNSTAIRS unit wasn't cooling (separate unit than ACE Comfort quoted). We called the warranty company to ask about both the drain cleaning coverage (confirmed that IT IS COVERED by our policy) and to get someone out to look at the downstairs unit issue. Because both units were working fine before ACE Comfort arrived to "clear the drain" and it stopped cooling the following day exactly as they predicted, we asked the warranty company to send a different contractor to clear the drains and check the downstairs unit. The second contractor came out and together we check the units outside and found that freon had leaked or been drained from the downstairs unit. The downstairs unit holds 10 pounds of freon and it was down to only 1 pound remaining (this is a unit that was cooling fine the previous day). He replaced the freon valve which appeared to be damaged and recharged the unit with 9 pounds of freon. He also confirmed that a unit running very low on freon can do significant damage to an AC unit. The unit has been working fine ever since the second contractor came out. I waited over a month to post this review to see if either of the units needed to be replaced during that time, in which case I would not have posted anything because it might have been an accurate diagnosis from Ace Comfort. I can't prove that Ace Comfort's technician drained the freon from our AC unit to try to sell us a new one, so I'll let you read the sequence of events and decide for yourselves. I know we will never use them again, and the warranty company may be skeptical after receiving conflicting reports from two separate contractors that worked on our systems within a day of each other.

Totally unprofessional, it was horrible. Unethical they took $900 from me.
