Accurate Leak And Line

Accurate Leak initially provided me with a hydrostatic test after a foundation repair, and showed that there was a significant amount of leaking due to our cast-iron pipes being past their useful life. In the time it took for us to get two other quotes, we had increasing problems with our drainage backing up, and Accurate was willing to come out and attempt to snake one of our pipes to remediate the problem for no charge. Prior to selecting them, Josh was very responsive to my questions. I decided to proceed with Accurate (they were the cheapest by a decent margin) to excavate and tunnel under our foundation to replace upwards of 80 feet of plumbing and replace it with pvc piping, and re-compact the soil back under the house. Throughout the process, which covered 7 weekdays of work, I had some minor trouble getting the information I needed from my points of contact, but nothing that caused any real problems. Primarily it was issues of not knowing when they would arrive in the morning, or leave at night, but that was all work outside of the house. They were willing to do some prep work for a possible future renovation under the slab at no cost. They took care to minimize the amount of dirt that was left over after the work was done, although I did end up with a larger volume of dirt in some of our flower beds near the tunnels, with the clay excavated from under the house sitting on top of the beds rather than potting soil. Overall the service was good, and I have no reason to doubt the quality of the work they did.
