+ -1 moreAfter about six years working with this company and having paid tens of thousands of dollars for services, I noted that their integrity has declined as soon as Dang's son, Mike took over the company's ownership. He has lied at least on three different jobs and his last lie has cost me more than $3000 and also my tenants' suffering.
Description of Work: Replaced control board on a furnace, while the problem was a simple thermostat wire. Mike did not check the system after the replacement. We had to replace the furnace because the board was not compatible and the original board was discarded.
