THE FIRST TIME, THEY SAID THEY'D BE HERE ON SATURDAY. THEY CALLED ON SATURDAY TO SAY THAT THEY COULDN'T MAKE IT AND RESCHEDULED FOR SUNDAY. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. I CALLED BACK THE NEXT WEEK, AND THEY SAID THEY'D BE HERE "FOR SURE" ON SATURDAY BETWEEN 1:30 AND 2. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP NOR DID THEY CALL. IT WAS A VERY POOR EXPERIENCE, THEY FAILED TO KEEP THEIR APPOINTMENT WITH ME 3 TIMES.
Description of Work: I CALLED THEM TWICE TO COME FOR AN ESTIMATE.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS, TOOK THEIR SHOES OFF, AND DID EXCELLENT WORK. THEY CAME IN AND REDID A JOB THAT ANOTHER COMPANY DID POORLY. THEY TAPED AND MASKED EVERYTHING AND WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO ANY PROBLEMS OR CONCERNS. THEY DID VERY HIGH QUALITY WORK AND PAID GREAT ATTENTION TO DETAIL. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I AM DEFINITELY GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN.
