+ -1 moreI liked their punctuality, professionalism and willingness to solve the problem. I also liked that they figured out the correct problem even when it was not necessarily easy to figure out.
Description of Work: They have done a lot of plumbing work for me. They replaced the water line from the house to the garage, found a leak at the edge of the garage and took care of it.

+ -1 moreI was very surprised that he had not fixed the problem I had called him about. I asked him if he could fix both problems, and he looked away and told me that he could have someone at the office do an estimate. I asked him to do so, and he said he would, but I never heard from them again. I contacted another plumber, who told me that there was no clamp, and that the insulation around the pipe in question was undisturbed, implying that the plumber from Ability could not have walked over there. He said that hot water pipes sometimes seal themselves up. I think it is possible that enough time had gone by (at least four weeks) for the insulation to re-settle, so he may have actually checked the pipe out. I have not had any further problem with the pipe leaking.
Description of Work: I discovered water pouring out of a vent in the ceiling of my bathroom. A friend helped me turn off the water to the house, and recommended Ability Plumbing because they would come quickly. The plumber did come quickly. He went into the attic and banged around for a while, then came down and told me he was finished. He told me that he had "put a clamp" on the hot water pipe, but that I needed to have someone come back and fix it for real. Also, he mentioned that there is a crack in the water cut off pipe outside the house, and that I ought to have that fixed.
