Spoke with Mr. Stillwater the manager after the secretary began laughing at me and how much she hates speaking to people like me and my “Ching Chang Chong” & “Covid” accent, I could hear others in the office joining in as they mocked me out loud and openly. I asked for a Manager after they laughed at me for a few minutes and was transferred to Mr Stillwater who was just as rude as I tried to explain I can’t take time off as my husband has been laid off and my family depends on my job but I could be home by 12 o’clock giving the rest of the day for delivery. Mr. Stillwater told me either be home or the driver would put that I refused the delivery and send it back then he hung up the phone.

ABF Freight System did a really good job for us. I was really impressed with their professionalism as nothing was broke. They did offer an insurance policy which made me feel comfortable about letting our stuff out of our sight. None of our stuff got broke and the drivers were very friendly. The price was worth the piece of mind.
Description of Work: They drove our belongs to our new home as we moved across the state.
