He told us about improvements we could make but did not push. He gave good advice and left us feeling confident in the service provided. We have always been very pleased with Abacus and Jerry Lee Harrison represented their company and our best interests both very well. We appreciate that. We are members of the program and do recommend that. These routine services are done at no charge. That helps us all keep our mechanical units well maintained and ultimately saves money.

See above. Very misleading and dishonest. $150 DISPATCH FEE was not disclosed until after job was complete. This was for the dispatch and did not go towards the work that was done. Do not use this company.

Abacus was very reasonable on pricing, and the crew worked very hard, delivery a quality installation. Juan, Hector, Jose, and the other crew members were very professional, polite. I appreciate their patience not only to answer any/all questions, but to resolve any lingering issues to my satisfaction.

It went very well. When I made up my mind and advised the Company office as to which option I wanted to purchase to address my water heater needs,, the technician, Thomas, turned around and came back immediately to obtain my signature and start the process with no lost time.

Perfect! I have a more modern toilet with a cylinder in the tank- not one of those balloon things. Anyways, Mike was my serviceman & I was surprised to find out he had the parts in his truck! He was on time, courteous, very professional and did an excellent job!

While he was here I had him replace another valve with a flange on it. I'd use them in an emergency.

All went well, the guys checked everything before they left to assure all was working before they left.

Everything went badly from beginning to end. When different electricians came out, they did not have the paperwork and appeared to be confused about what was to happen. We were also told that since we did not have the front fixture, they would return and put it in later and not charge because we paid a fee to become a member. When we called them back to install the front porch fixture we had bought, the electrician that came out had no paperwork, he thought he was coming out to give an estimate on another job to be completed. I showed him a copy of my paperwork and he spent about 30 minutes making calls to try to find out what was going on. He then came back and told us that we would have to pay $175 to install the front light fixture as well as it would cost an additional $125 for the other two lights on the garage if I wanted to put them up and have them matching. One problem I had was the second set of electricians mislead us to believe that we did not have to pay for the installation of the front porch fixture. I was unhappy and told them not to install anything, to leave and not worry about it. They were very late each time they came out. Was no where in the window they gave us. I took off of work two days and waited half a day for them to show. I spoke to the supervisor and he told me he would check into my situation and get back to me. It has now been two weeks and have not heard anything from them. I did not get a second estimate or price it would cost to address my issue of fuse popping off. To fix what I called them out was very expensive and by the time they convinced us that we needed to change out the entire panel box, we were up to about $5,000! Never again will I use them or recommend Abacus! Too much deception and too expensive!

Could not have been better. They were amazingly fast, minimizing our AC downtime in the summer heat to one day and saved us $5,000 over the other quote we got for our 5 year old home.

I called on the weekend to get a same day appointment. I was originally scheduled for an evening appointment, but thankfully, someone canceled and I got a noon appointment. Gregg was very professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem (broken fill valve) and gave me two options to fix it - just the valve or rebuild all the mechanics in the toilet. I opted to just fix the valve, and there wasn't a high pressure sales pitch. Gregg fixed the issue completely and was done in about an hour. I got an invoice immediately in my email with all the details. I am very pleased with Abacus and will rely on them in the fiture.

The crew was very efficient and thorough. During the follow-up check Leonard provided detailed information on how my new system runs and how to adjust the WiFi thermostat. I'm very pleased.

The electrician installed a new box and showed me the properly sorted wires (unlike the prior messy nest of wires) before installing the proper breakers.
