Perfect. Their communication is excellent. Used coupon from Angie’s list. Used them to replace an outdoor hose faucet. I have done this myself in the past but this one was rusted on and didn’t stick out of siding so was worried about leaks in the wall. They have a 1 year labor warranty and he had it done in no time flat. Fair price. Would have taken an extra try for me to get it off.

The appointment was scheduled at the last minute and the technician was scheduled for within a 4 hour window on that same day. The technician was actually able to get to my house early and although he had to leave to get a part we needed, the work was done within two hours. The price was very fair, the workmanship was superior and the technician explained everything he was doing. There was no mess left behind. Highly recommended Abacus to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Excellent. I thought the problem was with the disposal. It would have been easy to have just replaced it but Abacus said it was a stoppage issue which probably saved me another $300. Very honest company. My go-to tech is Aaron whenever he is available. I've used Abacus for at least 5 years.

Project was much more involved than originally anticipated requiring a reconfiguration of plumbing due to the recent installation of an undermount sink with new countertops that was much deeper than the original sink.

Great! Dan inspected and cleaned my units, replaced my filters and went and got a new motor and replaced it - all in the same day! He also gave me preliminary information for possibly replacing my units.

Great !!! Our sprinkler system developed a leak. In turning off the main water to the house the valve also became stuck. The initial emergency call as well as the valve was fixed on one call. The plumber, Adebayo, was knowlegeble and took the time to explain everything about prevention and maintance of the system.

I start with an online chat which provided absolutely no information. They could not schedule service or give me any idea of cost. They promised that the "scheduling team" would call "soon" to schedule the service. They never called. Perhaps my job was too small for them to be interested. The online chat persons name was Ian. It was a total waste of my time. Would not want to approach them for anything after that experience.

Very helpful in determining Tank vs Tankless. Gave me three options. The house was kept clean and everything was carefully protected. Very happy with the results.

Not only repaired the leak but replaced another potential problematic area for no charge. He demonstrated to us from where the problem originated and show us how he fixed it, before and after.

The worker was scheduled to arrive about noon but never showed up. I made repeated telephone calls to Abacus. After several hours I was told the employee MIGHT arrive by 9:00 PM. I said I wanted a call from the supervisor. No call was ever received. I cancelled my order and stated that if any Abacus employee showed up at my house I would treat him as a trespasser.

They were both professional and friendly. They explained everything to me.

Technician found a problem that I did not know I had; blower motor was leaking grease.

I am very pleased on the professionalism and thoroughness of the work done by Jarrod, the ABACUS representative. He provided a report of all of his findings along with an estimate for the cost of repairs. He was not pushy on getting any of the repairs done immediately as none of the items he found were urgent. He then flushed my water heater which is part of the annual service agreement. I paid nothing for the visit other than my annual service agreement which I had already paid.

steve phaly of abacus plumbing came back out this evening wIth his gas detector and found a leak at the connection to the water heater which he found that no pipe dope had been used when the heater was either replaced in 2015 or when the control box was replaced in 201`7. He used the detector and found another leak where the other abacus technician 48 hours before whose name I will withold, failed to use pipe dope on new gas line to the dryer. Steve fixed this situation and I feel safe now in my utility room and my family appreciates him. He is thorough and keeps his word.
