David was great. Very professional and friendly. He quickly identified the broken part on our system and verified that the part cost was covered by warranty. He ordered the part and returned when it arrived 2 days later (it wasn't in stock locally) to install it. Worked great. Thanks again David!

Had multiple jobs that all appeared at once and Abacus Plumbing Air Conditioning & Electrical sent out Mateo to work on my plumbing. He and his assistant were able to knock out the clog in my kids' sinks and he also replaced a leaky hot water inlet in my bathroom sink. He was also able to find a matching shower pan seal to replace the one my contractors ripped out to replace wood rot around the shower pan. Had a little trouble getting in touch with Mateo after his initial visit, but the staff at the Abacus office were able to speak with me. I very much appreciate their help and professionalism. I would definitely use them in the future.

The technician (Adam Bostick) was very patient and spoke with Kohler to assure we had the right parts for faucets that were installed in 2004. When they arrived he then installed them and got the water flow back to its original volume.

The guy from Abacus did a great job. He was very professional. They aren't cheap, but they are worth it.

AC was not working; scheduled through Angies List. They showed up on time with an email/photo of the technician. He performed diagnostic and realized that the unit just needed to be reset. He did that and then charged me the minimum charge he could for the visit...very fair price.

Horrible! A very young tech came out and inspected my unit for about 10 minutes and determined I needed over $2600 in repairs. I paid the trip charge and had him send me the estimate. 11/19 I had another company come out and a more experienced tech said I just needed to clean your motor and billed me $129. I am more disappointed that last week when the temperature dropped me and my pets could have been in a much warmer house. I wish Abacus got it right the first time. Stop thinking about over charging your customers and making a buck.

Cesar was very professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything that was included in the quote. The quote was thorough. But when compared to other quotes I received, it was significantly higher. I did not feel the extra cost was warranted for what I consider to be a standard electrical job. The other quotes included all the same quality/types of equipment. So, I was doing a like-for-like comparison of costs.

Great in terms of the electrician and his skills. I would use them again. The breaker showed to be not tripped but it was not functioning. He taught me a lot as he went through the analysis of the problem.

The teams were well organized and were able to do the work in a more expeditious manner than I had anticipated. The condenser is a major upgrade from the prior one.

They did a great job from beginning to end. Very professional and reliable. Stuck to their estimate even when work took a little longer than anticipated and followed through on all aspects of the job as promised. Their communication was terrific and they kept us up to date on progress regularly. Really went above and beyond. Absolutely recommend!

Our disposal fell off the sink Sunday night. We call Abacus on Monday morning. The service was scheduled on late Monday night. We truly appreciated the service could be scheduled this fast. Robert came in on time. After some quick research, we were given a quote plus a service fee which we knew before he came. The job was quickly and nicely done. Other companies I called couldn't make it until days later.

Never called me. Used plumber recommended by someone in Spring, Tx. Company name Tri Teck. EXCELLENT WORK, price, dependability. Never use anyone else.

Their quality is good. They may be slightly more expensive but you can be assured that whenever they're finished the job was done right.

The plumber came to look at the leak and evaluate it. They claimed the trucks come "fully equipped" but he didn't even have a ladder. I thought the leak came from an upstairs bathtub, but the plumber wouldn't even climb up to fully examine the trap and the pipes. I had to repeatedly ask him to even look at the tub. He told me it was "condensate" from a vent! Then he told me I needed an ELECTRICIAN not a PLUMBER!!! I called another plumber and he found the leak in the tub and fixed it. Meanwhile, I was stuck with a $150 charge for an after-hours "evaluation".

Very well, I would and intend to use them again

They replaced the compressor at no charge since it was one under warranty. Did not use abacus for plumbing. I used show Plumbing off of Angie's List. Send me a request for a review on show Plumbing.

Great expereience completely. No problems with fix.

Ended up replacing a part unneeded to the repair because it "looked old" without disclosing it was unneeded until after installation. Did not clean up work area after work. Plumber did not seem capable of installing part after many failed attempts.

When I called to get information on this they couldn't give me any information over the phone. I had to schedule a technician to come out to evaluate the issue. I don't want to pay for someone to come out just for them to tell me they can't do the service I'm looking for.

Abacus is not the company I used. Preferred Plumbing was the first to call and came out the next morning. They took care of my problem. Very professional, punctual and I was extremely happy with their work. I will recommend them to everyone who asks about a plumbing problem. Extremely happy with Perferred Plumbing!

Nathan was efficient, polite, answered questions, gave good advice. We will definitely hire again.
