They didn't charge me anything because I belong to their comfort club and I pay a yearly amount.

I like their service, responsiveness and they guys that come are always courteous and friendly and they explain everything as they are doing it or needs to be done in the future. Best thing is quality, workers are excellent. I have never had a problem. They respond promptly if there is a problem.

I pay for a year and get priority for service calls and get discounted prices on things. Fantastic. Just one person came. It took maybe 45 minutes. I have been using them for years and they are very courteous, cod the work when they say they will, do not make a mess and are very friendly. They do customer service and repairs well.

Pointed out defficiences in duct work, and deficient design of builder. Will wait until I replace the whole unit before making the changes.

It didn't cost me anything because I joined their customer care calls so I joined that and for service calls like this they just come out and do it and it didn't cost me anything. I chose them originally from the yellow pages. They are competent and knowledgeable and the big thing to me is they don't because if something that a women doesn't usually know about they don't talk down and they explain everything they do in plain language. Their prices are reasonable.

I have used them for years. They have always been prompt. Their servicemen are knowledgeable. They have always answered their calls promptly and provided service promptly.

Aardvark came and replaced $600 worth of parts and when presenting the bill said "there's no guarentee on there parts." Two weeks later the A/C unit failed again. I called someone else who found that a different part was defective. In effect, Aardvard caused me to be out $727 for nothing. The 2nd repair man said he could see what the problem was as soon as he put his gauges on the compressor. In other words Aardvard could not have inadvertantly missed the problem.

I was in a rush to leave my residence and wrote a check for the charges quoted without examining the work order. This morning (09 May 2008), I examined the work order and realized that there had been a substantial error in addition. I called the company this morning and they returned my call within 15 minutes, acknowledged their error and resolved the item. It is the kind of service and honesty I have experienced with this company over the years. The work done also was to their usual high standard.

I called Aardvark and they came right out to check out my old unit and found that it wasn't repairable. They installed a new one and did a great job. They came out in July and they were quick about getting it installed. The technician was professional, friendly and it was a good price. I will use them from now on and I would highly recommend them.
