Andre and his team did a wonderful job with communicating with us. They responded to our request and had a quote ready within days. Our quote was reasonable and beat out other quotes in the area. The quality of work was outstanding for the price we paid. The team was friendly. Our dogs had ruined multiple corners of our real oak stairs when they were puppies. A&I flooring made them look brand new again. They matched our old wood perfectly. Would definitely hire again!

The contractor was polite, experienced and left no mess. I was very pleased with him and the office that scheduling the work.

We were in the market for a company that could refinish and repair some hardwood floor in our client's home. As a reputable nonprofit, we only work with trusted, licensed, and insured companies. Fortunately, we discovered A&I Flooring at just the right time! They responded to us very quickly, kept in contact, and were very friendly. Also, they were very understanding of our time constraint and was in and out in about 4 days of work-- very impressive. At first, we weren't sure what stain we wanted, so A&I laid down four different options for us to get a better idea. This helped us tremendously and the final product is phenomenal! Without a doubt, I would work with A&I again and will refer them to all of my friends.

It was a very small flooring job one room. They are a mobile company, they brought the floor samples to us. They moved the furniture and put it back when finished. It looks real nice. We needed it done quickly so we did not comparison shop.

After being scammed by a previous contractor and left high and dry on my bathroom I was desperate for some assistance. The other companies I called wanted to rip out walls and the entire vanity etc. But I was on a budget and I just needed my bathroom put back! As soon as I spoke with Mr. Snell he was very understanding of my situation. We talked through the options of how I would like to proceed and he had someone out to measure the very next day! His pricing was very affordable and the workers showed up on time and ready the next week. The tiling for the floor was finished in two days and the shower was completed in another two. I work from home so the gentlemen had to adjust to my work schedule because of the noise, which they did with no complaints! The workers laid down floor protection and even cleaned up after themselves. I am very happy with my bathroom and very thankful for Mr. Snell saving me from an ugly and unfortunate circumstance!

Andre is a true professional. He showed up with samples, he was the only contractor to show up with samples amongst 20 other contractors. He also had the best pricing around. If you need any type of flooring then he is the BEST!!! i can certainly vouch for his services.. I will be hiring him to do my house and next store.. AAND I FLOORING IS THE BEST AROUND!!!

I hired A&I via Angie's list because of his A rating. He was very professional the first few times we spoke, however, later his tone stated to become condescending and disrespectful. I should have seen the signs but since he has already placed the order for the materials I didn't want to make a big deal. Finally, on the day of the installation he left 1 installer at my place who pried out the good tiles form my floor in an effort to finger joint new ones to old ones. Despite all the mistakes including the lowest quality cork he used, Andre was not present to guide his installer not present to answer y questions. After the installation i noticed some tiles were not not sticking to the foundation to which i was told it would take sometime for the glue to dry up. The next day i left for vacation and when i came back after a month, tiles has buckled up, and 60% of the work performed was not good. Tiles were floating, noisy to walk on, shaking and a tripping hazard. Despite patiently waiting for Andre to repair his work for over a month, his repair guy did not show up on Friday either and after that Andre has been unresponsive. He has taken 80% of the payment and since he is no longer in NJ and moved to TX, i would highly recommend going with anyone else other than this rude unprofessional. He takes no responsibility or ownership of his work and had the courage to ask me for the remaining $240 dollars even before the repair work had started! I am going to take legal actions against his company but really wanted to share my experience with you folks and go with somebody whose reference you can directly verify with.

Andre was very punctual and professional from beginning to end. We needed someone to replace our floors right away. He followed through on everything he said, presented various options to us and completed the work in a timely manner. We will definitely use him again.

Andre and John did an excellent job.. They arrived on time, worked professionally and cleaned up afterwards. The finished job brought a smile to my face. A job well done. I highly recommend their services.

I had such a wonderful experience with A & I installing my hardwoods that they were the obvious choice when I decided to add carpet. They did not disappoint! I was able to schedule on short notice and the men were right on time. The installers advised me of how long the installation would take and even pointed out some concerns with the heights of my doors to confirm before installing( I was laying it over tile). I tried to take a few pictures while they were working but they were so fast! They "combed" over the carpets and even swept the halls and living area to clean up. Great quality job as always!

I had a wonderful experience working with A & I! Mr. Snell went over all of my options for installation with me and explained the pros and cons of each. His prices were better than any of the other quotes I received. His team kept me fully updated on progress, arrived on time, stayed on task and cleaned up after themselves. Best of all they did an awesome job and I absolutely love my floors! I will definitely be using this company again!

Everything was fabulous! Floor looks gorgeous and the guys are punctual, professional and very nice to work with! Andre was great the whole process as well! Would definitely recommend!

Andre was very pleasant to interact with and he actually came up with the idea to tile a foyer area of my home which I loved. He clearly is a craftsman. Andre was also very professional and yet humorous, and when concerns were raised during the work, he addressed them directly. This culminated in a final product that I still look at today and smile at. Additionally, Andre's subcontractors/employees were very pleasant to interact with, respected my home as they worked, and made some minor behavioral adjustments to their work (i.e. keeping a front door cracked closed because of nosy neighbors) without batting an eye. Lastly, Andre's pricing was affordable. Now Andre is working on an entire hardwood floor refinishing job for me; so stay tuned for another review soon.

A&I Flooring did a great job making my enclosed patio look beautiful. Would definitely work with Andre and his Team again.

Andre was so helpful and quick to respond throughout this process. I was very nervous as I’ve had bad experiences with contractors in the past. I received over 5 estimates and so thrilled I went with A &I Flooring. Jose and Edison were such a pleasure to have in my home and so quick and efficient. Cleaned everything up. Love the floors and will definitely have them back to finish other rooms.
