AAA Cheap Trash Hauling

Went great... I'd been looking at options for removing this long sitting construction debris debris including a Bagster, an actual dumpster delivery, called several removal services, etc. (Including 1-800 Got Junk which I think is far overpriced and at least for me seems like a rip-off for what they charge relative to what they do) and all these were either far too costly and/or too much work for myself. On a whim during a late Saturday afternoon I did a simple web search for trash removal and found AAA. Called the number and to my surprise got an answer right away. The guy sounded sharp and professional - then had me take some pics of the debris to be removed and text it too him. He called right back and in my oipionion based on my experience researcghing options over a couple months he provided a very fair estimate and said he could get it that same day. True to his word his guy showed up an hour later and quickly loaded the debris. No weirdness, attitude and very profressional. The guy gathering the debris was very formal and professional. No nonsense and was "yes sir, no sir" all the way. To sum it all up, I'd highly reccomned these folks if you need any sort of around the house trash/debris removal.

When I called, they quoted me $250, which I felt was way out of range. I said, no. I would call someone else or wait for heavy trash day. They called back and said $200, Again I said no. The guy was persistent and per his request I text him a photo of the amount of trash. Since I did want to get ride of the trash in my driveway, I settled for $150, even though I still felt that was way too high for the amount of trash to be picked up. He said it looked like more that it really was..... He had one helper who did ALL of the work, every bit of the picking up and sweeping while the guy's wife (I guess) sat in the truck. The little helper was very sweet and very polite and more professional than the owner. He took great care to clean it all up and swept up any small debris left over. He did an excellent job. However, if the helper wanted to go out on his own, I would hire him back, but I doubt that I will call these out fit again.

I filled out their online form and within 5 minutes someone called me. He told me they did estimating appointments on Sat and Sun, and asked if I was free on Sunday. This was over Memorial day weekend, and I thought it was odd, but I needed to get this done, so I made the appointment for 2:30. Not only did this person NOT show up, he never called to say that he wasn't. Didn't call on Monday or Tuesday to explain that he'd made a mistake. There was NO followup whatsoever. How do companies like this stay in business? Clearly they don't want any.

They were great. They were cheaper than a lot of other places. They came when they were supposed to.

These guys have no sense of customer service. The are rude, impatient, arrogant. They really don't want your business. I could have given them 10 houses a year to clear debris from, however, I need someone I can talk about the job too, I need some estimate of work before I waste give my most valuable commodity - time.

I called AAA Cheap Trash Hauling this morning to ask if they haul away dirt. I was delighted to learn that they would since I had been turned away by several other trash haulers (apparently it doesn't pay enough money to make it worth while to some people!) Sal gave me an estimate based on the amount of dirt I told him I had (approximately 2 cubic yards) and he said someone would be out at 5:00 p.m. today to do the job. Yipee! Two well-mannered, smiling young men showed up at 4:45 p.m. and shoveled the dirt into a wheelbarrow one load at a time. They transported it from my back yard to the street and lifted each wheelbarrow load into their trailer. It was hard, dirty work and it took them about an hour. I couldn't have been happier with them and with AAA! I highly recommend AAA Cheap Trash Hauling and will definitely call them again.
