I was blown away by AAA Auger. From the friendly initial scheduling call, the on-site (free) estimate, and the installation of the gas line, AAA Auger exceeded all of my expectations. I had received a quote elsewhere about 4 times the cost of AAA Auger's quote and so I knew that their price was very competitive. David came out to our house and installed the gas line in about 30 minutes (not counting the trip to Bering's he completed for me to get a missing part for my grill attachment) and I was so pleased with his professionalism and quality workmanship. I have never felt so pleased with a service provider to get on Angie's List to write a review -- so this should tell you just how happy I was with the service I received from AAA Auger. I will definitely use the company again in the future.

This morning I experienced a backup of sewer drainage in my home (located in the Sugar Land, TX area). This means I could not really use any water functions that required drainage (toilet, shower, laundry, dishes, etc.). I narrowed the problem down to being a main line stoppage that needed to be and quot;snakedand quot; to clean it. I then called at least 7 different local plumbing companies. None of them (save one) would bother to provide a remote and quot;guesstimateand quot; of cost via the phone. AAA AUGER PLUMBING was able to do this. Cost is VERY important to me because I was recently impacted by a layoff from my employer of the past 8+ years. I did not want to waste a service providers' time nor mine even if they do come out for and quot;freeand quot; estimates. Pricing varies greatly and could end up being out of my temporary financial restrictions. I advised AAA AUGER (Ken) of my situation. He was extremely professional, understanding and very HONEST. I provided situation details and they provided a and quot;guesstimateand quot;. Good to go. The technicians arrived promptly as promised. When they arrived they were in uniforms and very courteous and professional. They immediately started work after I had debriefed them. In less than 30 minutes the problem was resolved and they were completing the service call paperwork. Much to my surprise, AAA AUGER added an additional discount in consideration of my situation. I was so pleasantly stunned by this, I took the unsolicited discount they gave me and immediately joined ANGIE'S LIST so I could let other folks out there know what great service looks like! This is my first encounter with ANGIE'S LIST and I felt compelled enough to join specifically share my experience and get the word out. We had a slow drain out of the kitchen. AAA Auger cleaned it out or flushed it out. They didn't have the equipment that they needed in the truck. They had to come back on another day. My home is an older home and the pipes were an unusual size. They were friendly and honest.

They were very prompt - showed up the morning we called them out. They determined what the issue was right away and cleared out the clog within 30 minutes. This is not a pretty business when you have a clogged sewer line. AAA Auger reps were very professional and gave a good explanation of the cause and solution to keep it from happening again. I will definitely use them again.

Great. Came the day I called, did the work promptly. I called four places and this was by far the cheapest quote I got.

We did not decide to hire him. He says he has his own business. The receptionist was very professional and set up the appointment quickly. She even gave me the name of the plumber I should expect and she quoted me the charge for a service call.

THE WORKER CAME IN AND DID THE WORK WITHOUT CONVERSATION. IT TOOK LESS THAN 30 MINUTES.
