water heater repair
+ -1 moreI did not use this company for a couple of reasons. The first reason was because the owner, Ralph, scheduled my appointment for 8am and when I called at 8:30am he thought it was for 10am. Also, the technician did not arrive until a little past noon. In addition, he sent a technician who has never connected a tankless water heater. I specifically told I would not recommend this company due to lack of attention to detail and punctuality.
