+ -1 moreWe called A2Z Houston Locksmith to repair a door handle. After paying $175, they told us that it may be temporary fix. We had no need for a temporary fix, we wanted it fixed permanently. We found out that our door was warranted, so we called A2Z back, so they came back, we were told there will be no charge. The locksmith came back and asked for payment, the owner called back and said that they never said that there is no charge. My husband said, somebody in your company did. The conversation ended up in heated arguments.
