The two men came on time, did not stop working until they got every thing done. They took me around and showed me every thing. Everything worked great. I will use them the next time if I need to have any electrical work done. Recommend them for all electrical probems.

They arrive on time, they listen to my description of the problem. They told me steps by step on how they were going to analyze and solve my problem. When they resolve the problem, they took the time to answer other questions that I had.

Installation was excellent and very professional.

Called to request an electrician come out to access the repair of the stove power outlet and power cord which were completely burnt. I was given an appointment for the next morning. Victor arrived within the time frame and was very professional and polite. Didn't take but a couple of minutes for him to assess the damage and then prepare an estimate for the repair costs. He scheduled the repair for the next day for the same time frame (7-10 am), but the techs were running behind on another job and didn't arrive until 12:25 pm. The office did call about an hour and a half earlier to say they would be late and arriving shortly. Victor did not come back to do the repair work instead it was two other technicians. Once they arrived it took them maybe 20 minutes to finish the repair work and check to make sure everything was working properly. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after the work was done. In spite of the delay in coming back to do the actual work I would still recommend A1 Plus Electrical and will definitely use them again. This was not my first time using them and it won't be my last. The overall service is very good!! From the ladies in the office to the service technicians. And the price was right.

All went well. DIdn't have the correct interlock switch, but came the next business day to install the correct switch.

My overall experience with A-1 was good as the guys were professional, took pride in their work, and were neat. The only complaint I have is that you get a text stating that the tech is on his way he really is not.

My old fan was installed at an angle in a 1/2 bath in 1979 by homebuilder...it needed to be replaced, very noisy! The 2 workers who installed the new fan it were prompt and finished up in about 40 minutes. No more noise!

Excellent! Guys were on time and got work done quickly. The only issue I've had with this company is that a text is sent saying they are "on the way" and it's two hours before they show.

Had recessed lighting put in my living room and on back patio and had surge protector installed in breaker box. Very professional had three estimates cheapest by far cleaned everything up as they worked

Went okay except they broke two fan light glasses and never replaced. They also charged the full amount to my credit card without authorization.
