Awful and terrible service!! First, Alton always came late for his appointment. He misinformed me that the power door locks they were offering was wifi enabled but only found that they worked on Bluetooth after they had it installed. I couldn't operate the locks remotely and the auto lock function never worked properly. And even then the locks never worked properly and despite having to come in multiple times to try to fix them, it was without success. I requested they remove locks and refund my.miney but I got nothing back even after the removed the locks. I won't recommend this business to anyone and be careful what they sell to you.

Alton and his crew were on time. After getting all of my cameras properly installed and set, he took the time to teach me how to operate the app and how to move the cameras view as well as recording capabilities. He made me feel good about my decision to have camera installed around my home. They work perfectly! I could not be happier.

It all started in December 2014, we were in the process of building a new home. We thought it would be the best time to install a new system. We found H&R Camera Installers?we didn?t see any negative reviews plus Alton Hayes said he is a Marine Veteran so we thought we would give him a chance. It took about 9 months just to get the equipment installed and it still isn?t correct?he would give us excuse upon excuse (typically concerning his health, a family members health or death or cancer or something) One day he came out to install cameras, once installed we realized the cameras wasn?t the cameras he bid so we forced him to change them?he told us the DVR will hold up to 30 days of camera recording?the DVR holds 5 days?here is part of a email we have sent Alton Hayes several times: Alton, again, I have tried several times to contact you concerning the lack of storage capacity of the DVR...you told us the 1 TB would be good for 30 days, we are only getting 5 days ?again, I have heard nothing from you in return concerning resolution...Please call me ASAP to resolve this issue On December 14 Alton wrote: I had a relapse. I hospital for 2more days.Call when home. On December 24 Alton wrote this: Can't talk yet, had a Triac and my throat is still swollen and sore. I will call soon as I can. was very sick With his past behavior it is impossible to believe him?
