+ -1 moreI was told about a plumbing problem that needed fixed to stop the washer from over flowing and important information about the air conditioning and insulation systems.
Description of Work: David Rogers did an excellent job inspecting a home that I purchased for my parents. He had state of the art equipment that showed all repair issues and foundation problems. He was very aware of current market conditions of giving me an estimate of what any needed repairs could cost without any bias of attaining work as he does nothing but home inspections. He is licensed by the state of Texas and gave a very detailed report denoting areas of concern. Many of the issues were simply small items that the homeowners could handle. His skills are remarkable and prepare the homeowner for a realistic view of the property.
