siding, pressure washing, house painters
 + 1 moreWe noticed mold on the siding of our house along with fading of the original paint put up by the builder. Javier pressure washed the hardiplank, scraped, sanded and primed where necessary and put 2 coats of paint on the house and garage (detached). Additionally, he used a mold inhibitor in the paint that seems to have solved our problems. While here, he noticed a broken piece of siding on the garage which happened during a tree removal and offered to fix it for $30. He was professional, neat and did a great job. The entire job took just 2 days and we couldn't be happier with his work. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Pressure washed, prepped, painted and applied mold inhibitor on second story of home and detached garage. Also repaired hardiplank siding on garage.
