This mover was excellent in all areas and exceeded in most. When I moved to Texas from Michigan 14 years ago I used Allied, one of the biggest movers in the Countty and it was a huge mistake. It was a nightmare so when I was moving back to Michigan I was worried and my anxiety about the move was off the charts high. I did Not need to be worried, it was 5 star starting with Melvin, the salesman who came out to give me a quote, to the move and delivery. If you are looking for a mover, look no further you will not be disappointed!!

It went smoothly. This was my third move with Better Tripp so I knew it would be stress free. The movers were professional and did an excellent job. They had to move large furniture to my third floor and they did not get one mark on my freshly painted walls. There was no damage to my furniture.

It was a challenge because it looked like there was no way to move this super big and extremely heavy sleeper sofa up a narrow staircase, but they figured it out! They were awesome!

Everything was more than perfect. They disassembled and wrapped every piece of furniture with care. In no time the house was emptied and no mess was left. They value your property as though it were their own. ABT's value is better than most moving and storage companies. They charge hourly for deliveries and by month for storage services, not by weight.

They did a great job. They wrapped everything carefully got it all into the truck with no damage. It was then unloaded at the new house. They took great care of everything. There was no damage to the items or the house. The were very courteous & put everything where my wife told them. They did not waste any time started work as soon as they arrived. After everything was unloaded & put in place they did a final walk thru to make sure that we were satisfied.

I could not have been happier with the professionalism all around. Our floors had been refinished in the new house and the moving team was very careful to lay down mats at boxes to protect them, although based on their efficiency I would say they always protect the floors and walls. All of our items arrived intact and were carefully packed. I would highly suggest A Better Tripp Moving & Storage Co as the money was well spent to ensure all of our belongings were moved with care.

It went well and took less than 15 minutes and paid almost $400 for the service - I wanted the job done without damaging my wood stairs and floor and they took good care however it was outrageously expensive

Better Tripp is expensive but professional. You get what you pay for. Packing took a day for half the household, moving took a little over 7 hours.

I am very pleased with my experience with A Better Tripp. When I called to have a representative come out to give me an estimate, I was immediately put in contact with their sales manager, Renee, who scheduled to come out a few days later. She was punctual, professional, personable, and made sure to provide me information on my rights as a person looking to move. The quote came back to me quickly, and it was competitive with several other moving companies that I received quotes from. Once I agreed to go with A Better Tripp and had the pick up scheduled, the workers - Jose, Jose, and Geraldo - were also punctual, professional, and efficient. I had already packed my boxes but not my furniture, and the workers took care to pack my furniture carefully. Jose and Jose happened to be the drivers and unpackers for my move, and they kept me updated on where they were in route to my destination and arrived to NJ on time. They again were very good in unpacking all my furniture and unloading all my boxes. All of the company's staff from administrative personnel I interacted with when I called to the workers who I met in person were great and made me feel like I made the right decision in choosing them. I didn't get any of the pushiness that I got with some other larger national companies I got quotes from, and I really appreciated the responsiveness to my questions during the process. I would definitely use this company again.

They were great. Right on time and ready to work. The guys were kind enough to also load a curio unit for us. They even loaned us extra tie downs and trusted us to mail them back. Very courteous and hard working. Price - there aren't very many piano professionals to choose from. I think the price is about average. We were willing to pay more for a company with good reviews.

The New York city movers we had to hire for New York insurance requirements gave us a number of problems, but the work performed by A Better Tripp was excellent.

Great, punctual, polite and fast. But seemed like a lot of money for the job that was done. On the other hand, that is probably the going rate so I can't exactly fault them for that.

The moving went very well. Three movers came out to help the move and all three of them were professional and friendly and hard-working. A friend of mine recommended A Better Tripp and I am glad that I listened to my friend. The price is also reasonable considering that some movers send out a team of two but at similar quotes.

They did an excellent job. They were on time. they waited with me at no charge until the storage company let us in - 45 minutes late. They were efficient, careful, courteous, helpful - wasted no time. They packed things in the second storage unit much more compactly, thus enabling me to have a smaller, less expensive unit.

I called about a simple 1-2 hour move that didn't require a truck. I was moving from one one bed room apartment to another in the same building. The quote offered was $390. When I told her that I was looking for around $150 she said "oh my" and laughed! I told her that I was already given a quote similar to this she replied "good luck" and hung up the phone.

We had never moved him to a different city but it went exceptionally well. Everyone from the people answering the phone to the movers themselves were courteous and did a WONDERFUL job! They arrived at exactly the time they had estimated. They worked very quickly but carefully. When we arrived in San Marcos, they unloaded everything professionally and were on their way. I would definitely recommend them again.

Reasonable pricing for the move was provided in advance and they did not change it. All our furniture and two pianos was prepared for move in very professional manner. Loading and unloading were done by professional moves. Nothing was broken or lost. Movers were very polite and ager to meet our needs. They even provided good advices were to put the furniture.
