Mark very quickly came by to do an estimate and then promptly completed my job. He did a great job cleaning the gutters and ensuring everything was left neat and tidy. He also gave me a follow-up call, which I appreciated. I will use his services again and highly recommend him!

Mark was on time, job estimate was accurate and fair. He and his brother-n-law do all the work-Hand clean the windows with newspaper so no streaks. They did a wonderful job.

Mark Martin, the owner, replied to my inquiries quickly with courtesy, answering al my questions and providing friendly and practical advices about the house, without selling anything unnecessary. I am thankful for the honesty and care! Service was great and promote as well! Mark came with his brother in law, and they thoroughly washed exterior of our many windows, with great attention to detail. Also, Mark did a superb job removing the mold on our chimney and entire north wall! We were impressed with the appearance and were so happy to see it gone. In addition, Mark did work safely, timely and left everything clean and neat. What?s more, Mark shows a true care for customer?s satisfaction. I have just talking with Mark about washing chandeliers, that are high and hard to reach, and Mark washed both indoor and patio chandeliers for free! I offered to pay, but mark was adamant on not charging me! WOW! I highly recommend Mark and A Better Pressure Wash for all pressure washing needs (windows, gutter, house)! That kind of customer care is unique and very hard to match, so I would not try elsewhere for sure.r

The workman arrived on time and worked diligently for several hours. The did an excellent job and cleaned up after themselves. The windows were spotless and wiped dry.

i contacted mark after getting a bid from another highly rated company whose bid, i felt, was too high. mark's bid was about what i anticipated. he called the night before to confirm and he and his brother-in-law even showed up a little early. they did a great job. my deck looks like new. i will have them come back in the spring to do my pavers and driveway. i highly recommend them and they're nice too!

Mark did an excellent job in providing a thorough estimate and delivering the details in the job and especially catered to our desires to have our back deck done. When I got home, the every material he cleans looked brand new.

Mark and John with A Better Pressure Wash did an absolutely fabulous job on my house and I'm thrilled with the results. They also impressed me with their dedication and professionalism. They made the driveway, walkway, sidewalks and flagstone patio of my 25 year-old house look new again. I thought there was no way they would be able to remove all the black and green stuff that had seeped into the concrete and flagstone over the years but Mark & John were determined in seeing these cleaned to their satisfaction. They applied chemicals and went over everything twice and was able to bring the flagstone back to its original coral/pink color. The front of the house and the driveway also are so bright and clean! Amazing!!! They also washed the exterior of all the windows and made them sparkly again. I had neglected my windows and did not clean them regularly over the years so that required a lot of extra effort on Mark's and John's part to get them cleaned properly but they were still cheerful and courteous to the end. These two gentlemen obviously care about their work and take it seriously and they don't do it just to get it over with. I particularly appreciate the fact that they made an exception and worked on their day off so that I could get my house ready in time to be put on the market the following week. I will get on a maintenance schedule with them for my new house. I highly recommend A Better Pressure Wash.

Mark and his brother-in-law are the two greatest guys you would want to know. There very professional and hard working guys. This is my second time using A Pressure Wash and I will continue using them every year.

Work done very carefully. They showed considerable pride in their work. They asked us to look around as they were finishing to see if anything was not to our liking. Excellent in every respect.

Martin and John simply did a superb job overall. The mold was completely removed, windows now sparkle, and they took special care when pressure washing the fence to avoid harming the star jasmine criss-crossing the back part. I was working nights and sleeping during the day when they came. I had expected to be woken up when the bedroom windows were cleaned; however, I didn't hear a sound, neither a tap of the ladder against the wall or on the windows, (Thanks for that!)

I called less than a week ahead, and was on a short time line, but they accommodated my schedule. Everything went very well. Both gentlemen were gentlemen, the owner of the company took a few minutes to build a rapport with our dog, making things easier. They did more than I asked, seeing the need, as my home was scheduled to have photos taken later in the day for listing the home for sale.

They were prompt, pleasant, and professional. It was hectic as they had to work around movers and inside house painters as well, but they were cool, calm, and collected. This is the second time I've had them do the house and again, they did an excellent job!

Showed up as agreed. Worked diligently entire time. Had to move furniture off decks and replaced every bit of it. Left behind no mess or trash of any kind and were done in record time. Very agreeable gentlemen. Very polite and respectful of the house and surroundings checking with me regularly to be sure I was happy with their efforts. Will use them in the spring for the whole house.

Mark was very responsive in all aspects, from getting me the quote to showing up for the job. He and his team were excellent, nice, professional, and we will not use anyone else in the future. All aspects of the jobs we were 100% satisfied with. They used razors on all the windows making sure they were clean of all debris, bleached everything they pressure washed, and stayed on the job till it was done. I highly recommend them in everything they offer.

They did a great job. Came to the house the week before, walked around with me, showed me where there were signed of mold and provided me an estimate right away. On the day of the work, they showed up as planned, very friendly. Did a great job, the house looks great.

Fantastic job! I My house had a significant amount of mold/mildew on the bricks and cement accents which were on the front and side of the house. Mark told me that they wouldn't be able to get it all off but would be able to make a big improvement. They exceeded my expectations! Everything looks so clean and fresh. And they cleaned the windows by hand. They just sparkle. I could not be happier!

Team arrived o time, finished in 6 hours and result was excellent!!
