Well, after calling Mark to schedule an estimate, he responded right away, came by and then promptly gave me an estimate. The price was very reasonable and Mark scheduled me for the very next morning. Mark showed up, on-time, with a co-worker and they began working right away. I periodically checked to see how he job was going and, it was going quite well at all times. They were meticulous not only with the power-washing but also, to my surprise, were checking/tightening loose nails in certain planks in my fence. They also pointed out areas where the builder neglected to insert nails. Who knew they would be so thorough! Finally, not only did they do a fantastic job on the driveway/walkway wash, but also they washed my garage door and around the side entry door of my home. They did all of this and remained true to their quoted price. I will definitely use them again!

Mark Martin worked 4 hrs to complete the job - older windows (1957) which took a lot of patient - did extra cleaning as well above & beyond.

Mark came and cleaned my windows while I was gone. But when I got home, everything was done and it all looked great. They didn't leave a mess.

Mark knocked on the door earlier in the week with information on his company. I am not receptive to any solicitors trying to sell me anything, but I listened to him for two reasons - one because he presented himself well and acted like he knew what he was doing, and - our front entry way really needed cleaning and had been on my list of things to take care of for weeks. Before committing, I did check him out on Angie's list, and felt very comfortable moving forward. He asked for no money up front. He and his helper, John, were very personable, did everything that Mark committed to, and more, and did it in a reasonable amount of time. And - very important - he is a dog person and my dog knew it! I love looking out the windows now, especially in the mornings and evenings, as we sit at the dining table, and seeing things from a totally different perspective.

Mark and his helper arrived on time. They washed our stucco wall on the north side and the exterior walls around the chimney over the third floor. They cleaned all the windows. Pressure washed the drive way and patio. We have fish in the back-yard pond and they were careful. They did an excellent job. The price was great too.

Mark stopped by our house on Sunday afternoon. We desperately needed to have our windows washed and he did a great job! He cleaned the entire exterior. and left our house looking like new. He was on-time, excellent follow up, great price and reliable.

Mark and his helper were on time and went right to work. They paid attention to detail and transformed the outside of the house to look like all the trim had been freshly painted. The place sparkled. Mark personally should us the excellent results and took pride in his work.

Provider called the prior day to confirm, arrived at the agreed time, on time. They brought all of their own equipment, including ladders, etc. Later in the evening they returned for my inspection and for payment. We discussed two panes which still had some hard water stains, which they agreed to return to treat with lime remover. People on the street who saw their work have asked me for their information.
