He came out beforehand, prepared an estimate and made some overall maintenance suggestions. I agreed to the work and he took care of it. Despite a pouring rain, the job started on time and was quickly completed. The results were immediately visible. The stains and mold were eradicated for a like new surface, then treated to prevent future mold. The price was more than reasonable. And the work was top quality,

I called Mark and he came out the same day to provide an estimate. He also came out a few days later to discuss the work he thought we needed. They did the work a few days later and did a nice job. I like the fact that he and his partner do the work. They don't hire day laborers. I think that shows they really care about their work. I would definitely use them again.

I called A Better Pressure Wash and Mark Martin provided an estimate within the hour! The pressure washing and window cleaning jobs were done on two visits at my request. Both were done perfectly. I will definitely use A Better Pressure Wash Again.

The other reviews are spot on and not an exaggeration. I called ABPW to get a quote for power washing. I spoke with Mark and since he does business mostly in West U and Bellaire, he was able to go by my house that day (while I was not there) to check out our property. He also came by that evening so we could discuss what needed to be done. He offered suggestions and pointed out additional mold and dirt which he could handle in addition to my original plan of cleaning the driveway, sidewalks and a small painted deck in our patio. The quote was really reasonable and he was able to do the work 2 days later. My sidewalks and driveway now look like they are new and the deck looks like it did after new paint. He cleaned mold and pollen off some north facing windows and an awning in the patio ? also a transformation. And our dirty gutters and chimney are now clean. It is easy to get used to the grime and mold, but considering how easy this was to schedule and complete, I now have an incentive to have this done periodically by ABPW when our property needs freshening up. It is nice to hire someone that is so pleasant to deal with and whose work and great attitude exceed my high expectations.

I found A Better Pressure Wash through Angie's list. My HOA demanded me to pressure wash the front wall of our house. Mark stopped by the house the same day I called him. He told me that besides a little bit mold, the front wall is fairly clean and does not really need a pressure wash. He can anyhow do it, and he only asked for $100. The next day he pressure washed the front wall and the doorway, and removed the mold, and we are very happy with the result. We have a very pleasant experience with Mark because he is friendly and fun to talk with. Finally, I want to mention that a contractor I called earlier asked for $375 for the same service.

This is the second time we have used these very professional cleaners and we will use them again.

Great job. Mark and his brother-in-law are very thorough in all that they do. Windows are cleaned with newspaper instead of just spraying and taking half the paint off the window trim. They are both very personable, and our dog can't wait to greet Mark. It's obvious to her that Mark is a dog person, and that makes us all happy. He guarantees the work, and gives us the opportunity to call for a "redo" if there is something we feel that he missed. Price is in line with the number of windows in our house, and the drive, sidewalk and patio areas.
