A & A Fence & Iron

I paid for a wrought iron fence and within a few years it completely rotted out, posts and all. Another company came out to look at it and told me A & A had given me sub-quality fencing that had not been primed before it was painted as is expected. It was bare steal that had literally rusted through. If I paid that much for a fence I should not have to replace it in 4 years, and that is what I am paying to do right now. They did the work and it looked like they had done the work I paid for. Within a few years I saw some rust and before I knew it, it was rotting so bad it was literally falling down. I asked A & A to come out and look at it. They said they would send someone out and they never followed up and never sent anyone out. I thought the price was competitive for what I was getting. I went out for bids to replace the fence and all of them said it is standard industry practice to prime the iron before you paint it. I always spoke with Libby from A & A and she assured me she would send someone out and they never showed.
