A Affordable Foundation Repair

This guys are a rip off, paid him down payment and not responding my calls. No work was performed at all. Jesus Pequeno is a rip off, will suit him.

My home had foundation work on it January 2017. I have a certificate in writing stating that there is a lifetime warranty with the work. Since then my house is having foundation issues in the same spots where the work was done. I has a structural engineer come to my home. Since then I have made multiple contacts to the owner with no result. We made an appointment on two different occasions and once again was a no show. I am needing my foundation to be fixed and I cant even get them to come out to my property to look at the foundation to have it fixed again using the warranty.

Performed foundation work and was paid in full to level a home. During inspections the inspector found the property was not leveled, I called Jesus Pequeno at 832-997-4442 every day for 14 days to come out and warranty / repair the foundation, he never came back to repair the property. His warranty is worthless, and I have literally begged him to come out and repair. He promises to come out, but never shows up. Unfortunately I would have to say DO NOT WORK WITH THIS CONTRACTOR, HIS WARRANTY IS WORTHLESS.
