They were quite prompt and were there within 1/2 hour of calling. The gentleman that came out stated that it was a fairly easy lock to open but there was some corrosion inside the mechanism. He was able to open the door after about an hour. The price was higher than I expected and there was a service call fee and then an hourly rate was applied in addition.
Description of Work: They unlocked the door on my home after the keys had been locked inside.
