+ -1 moreI called this company because they were listed well here on Angie's List. The guy I talked to was gruff on the phone. I had lost my keys. He told me it would cost more than $200 to get the keys made. After talking to him, I called the dealership. They made me new keys for $10. I don't appreciate people trying to charge me more than $200, when the actual cost is $10.
Description of Work: Needed new keys made for my car after I lost them.

+ -1 moreWhen I called for a service person to come out, I asked for a time frame. They told me someone would come between noon and 1:30pm. When no one showed up by 2:30pm, I called the office and was then called by the service man. He said he was on his way over. At 3:30pm he still wasn't there. I called and cancelled the appointment. Everyone was polite, but it was inconsiderate to give me a time and then not call to say they'd be later.
Description of Work: Fixed a lock.

+ -1 moreThe company gave us the best bid on the work that had to be done. The employees completed their work in about forty-five minutes. They were quick to come out after I called them & were on time.
Description of Work: Absolute Best Locksmith Inc came out to the house to install three locks with matching keys on three different doors.

+ -1 moreTHE SERVICEMAN WAS REASONABLY PROMPT AND FRIENDLY, HAD SEVERAL GOOD SECURITY SUGGESTIONS, AND WAS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT HIS WORK.
Description of Work: REPLACED ALL LOCKS ON MY HOUSE AFTER THE KEYS WERE STOLEN.
