+ -1 moreTechnician supposed to be here at 8 am. Was a no show after 1 hour. If he were going to be late he should have called to reschedule or let me know arrival time. The man in the office blamed traffic. This might be true but does not excuse lack of communication.

The locksmith offered me a key tag so that I could label the spare key. I would definitely call A-1 again for future work.
