 + -1 moreFirst of all, the amount first indicated, was not what they charged so it was a surprise that I had to pay more. Other than that, the worker were very well qualified and took care of my boxes and items.

 + -1 moreWhen they were packing my belongings, they stacked my patent leather shoes on top of one another, and they stuck together, so now the black is rubbed off onto my very expensive nude shoes. I spend a lot of time calling and researching how to get these fixed, and so far I have found that nothing that can be done. If I was just moving I would use them, but in the future I would use someone else for packing.
Description of Work: They packed our belongings , and moved them. The moving part was great!!
