Description of Work: They sent a kid out to estimate the cost of tearing down my gazebo and hot tub, and assosiated hardware,(pump,heater,and filter assy. I expressed to them that I wanted everything in writing on the estimate. The estimate was a joke!, All they put on the estimate was haul away the gazebo and hot tub. The kid doing the estimate gave me the impression he didnt know what he was doing. He didnt take any measurements or write anything down! There |was nothing about tearing the building down and removing the pump and heater, plus they wanted $1200 for 2 truck loads to do this! I emailed their manager (Rob Watson) twice with no responses after 1 week.

It was a very positive experience. I had a bunch of stuff I had to get rid of. Up until that time I just had to live with the junk because I didn't know the junk removal service in our area. At that time they were new to the area so I was really glad to have their help. That was before I got married so I didn't have a man around the house to help so it was a very useful service. It was kind of a pricey service but it was worth it.
