+ -1 moreDarrel was great. Water heater failed and leaked into our utility room, breakfast room, kitchen and family room. Darrel responded immediately to our call - arrived within one hour. Vacuumed standing water pulled carpet back in family room, cleaned area rug in porch and placed fan in family room to dry carpet pad. Returned a couple of days later and reinstalled carpet, including replacing a piece of tack strip. After reinstalling, cleaned carpet in family room. Great job all the way around. Quick response prevented mold issue. Very reasonable charge for what he did.
