I strongly advise against hiring this company! My experience with them was extremely disappointing. They charged an exorbitant amount of money and didn’t even replace essential components like the expansion tank, drain pan, or hoses. Instead, they reused the old ones. For the price I paid, I could have hired a Home Depot-certified, 5-star plumber who would have replaced all these components, including the expansion tank, new hoses, and pan, at a lower cost. Essentially, they only replaced the water heater tank and reused everything else, which is unacceptable for the price they charged. Additionally, they only offer a 30-day labor guarantee, which is far below the industry standard. Unfortunately, I was forced to use them through my home warranty company, which makes it extremely difficult to choose your own plumber. I’m unsure why the warranty company continues to work with such subpar providers. Save yourself the headache and find a reputable plumber elsewhere!

He told me and my husbabd what he would do to fix the leak but then quoted a price for a differrent type if fix to my home warranty company. Because the price he quoted to my home warranty company was over the alotted price I had to approve the overage at my expense. After finding out from other people that the price I was paying was too high and then called my home warranty compay and found out he qouted a price to them for a job that was titally different than what he told my husband and me. He totally lied to my warranty company and we had no idea and to add insult injury he made unnessary holes in my house and then left the mess. The contract that he has with my warranty company was he was to clean up any mess he made. He told us that was the job of us or a restiratiom company. Do not ever us this person.
