Everything went perfectly. The salesperson, Joseph, was honest and straightforward. He advertised one price and that NEVER changed. There were no hidden upcharges (hidden tilt, different hinges, astral, frame styles). I had been looking for over a year for shutters and all were very expensive. Even shutters on ebay that must be installed by the home owner were more expensive. Joseph shutters are high quality basswood and painted with Sherwin Williams paint. Initially I was going to cover the windows in the front of the house. After meeting with Joseph and based almost entirely on his confidence in the product, I decided to cover every window in the house. The shutters took about a month to build and were installed in half a day. The shutters are outstanding and look beautiful. I spent a good amount on these shutters and regret nothing. The only other review here is wrong and should be removed. This person didn't purchase anything. I hate to see this company with an F based on someone who didn't purchase anything.

This company swamps Craigslist with ads but never answers their phone. Before Christmas one of their salesman gave me a bid for shutters. I called him back with a few questions and he arranged to come back to show me more options. He never arrived. I have called him and left messages, no answer. I have called the company number and left voice messages no answer. I have emailed and no reply.
