 + -1 moreShowed up Saturday morning with Lennox A/C. Had my new unit installed and working by noon. I have an older home so it is never an easy job. The freon that he put in on Thursday worked like a charm (temp band aid but he said he wasn't going to charge me and just hoped it lasted until he could get my new unit installed). Customer service above and beyond A+++++ all the way!
Description of Work: After calling 5 different companies (some answered others have yet to call back) I spoke to Tarra (wife) (family run business) and explained our A/C problem. I live in Florida and our mother lives in Brenham and had been without A/C for two weeks. This company is kind, professional and truly a customer service business. Jeff who owns the company went the day I called to her house and went over the pros and cons of certain A/C units and told her whatever she decided he would hold Saturday open for her to replace her 14 year old unit (certain parts are not made anymore or take weeks to order). He communicated everything to me and to my mother (and the electrician who had stopped by at the same time). Thank you for going the extra mile!!

Description of Work: Checked out our Ac system to see why we had a leak. Told us what the issue was and advised we needed a plumber. Did not charge us. Very courteous, very professional.
