Road Runner was the only fencing company I contacted who actually called me back, came out to quote, and consistently stayed in touch through the while process. Terry was great to work with. The job took two days and some concerns I had with the gate were quickly addressed. The crew was courteous and cleaned up everything when finished. The fence looks great and we are very happy. Would definitely recommend Road Runner.

Road Runner admitted the job was not right and attempted to fix job, but in my opinion they fell short. In my opinion their standards of a finished product are much different than my standards. After several months we agreed to part ways and now I'm looking for a new fence company to make sure they pick up their trash, all posts are straight, make the posts the same height relative to the fence, hang the gates properly, and attach the fence to the corner posts according to manufacture specifications.

I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I was worried that they would take forever on the job, but Road Runner Fencing Inc. not only finished the project on time they actually kept us informed of any changes such as rain delay, which was only one day. The thing that really made Road Runner Fencing Inc. shine to me was any complications that they came across, typical contractors leave it to the home owners to deal with, NOT these guys!! Road Runner Fencing Inc. handled everything, which made the project a breeze. I am looking forward to our next project with them very shortly.
