Great, he explained to me in detail what he does and what my lawn, in paticular, needs as far as treatment throughout the year.

On the day that I called Bryan for a quote, he was courteous and informative in his phone call to tell me that he will stop by the same day. The homeowner is not required to be at home to greet him. He has a very detailed list that has categories and comments telling you what kind of work is needed on the lawn. I like the fact that his company does not require contracts, and his replies are very prompt. Bryan is very informative by providing watering tips, and I can tell he sincerely cares about our lawn. Due to the fact that the weed is growing uncontrollably, he gave us encouragement that we need to have patience in order to cure this madness. I will do a follow-up report when I see more results on the lawn,but I thought it should be fair to initially commend his professionalism because it feels great to have such a responsible man to maintain our lawn.

They were close to my house location. It was one man who came to do the work, and he was fine. I spoke to him on phone and he came and gave me an estimate, listed on my door. I looked at it and called him to come and do the work. He did a great job. I liked him. His price was average. He did an excellent job. He outlined everything that he was going to do. He came immediately the next day. He did what he said he would do. He was very nice. He answered my questions. I would use him in the future.

My yard had been inundated with lots of different kinds of weeds over the winter and I didn't know how to take care of them without hurting the grass. I called Brian and he came out the same day to look at the yard. He was very professional and knowledgable about different kinds of weeds. He came out a few days later and applied weed killer and grass fertilizer and left an invoice and watering schedule for me. I emailed him a few days later and asked some questions and he replied very promptly. I now have a contract with him to come out every 49 days and apply whatever treatments my lawn needs. I have been very impressed with him and his knowledge.

I canceled my previous service today and I am going back to him. He is really customer oriented. He explained everything he was doing and using. He was upfront with cost. He told me if there was any problems to call him and he would deal with them.

it is a one man show. I like that when he is done with the servicing he always leaves a detailed written report of what he did. he spend more time looking at everything and making detailed notes than anyone I have ever met. He is very conscientious. There have been a couple times when he has come by just to look at the yard, not even to do any work. He is very focused and passionate about his work. The charges are different depending on what work he is doing. He is not the cheapest, but I feel that I get what I pay for with him.
