They totally messed up my fence. He sent a crew that did not seem to know a lot more than if I were doing the job. They came and pulled some of my pickets off and took the 2 x 4 boards going across the pickets and the rot board on bottom of fence and slid the section of fence over a little and cracked the bottom board in the process because they pushed it over the root that they were suppose to be getting out that I paid for which they did not get out. He charged me extra for taking a section of the fence out to do the job. ha ha what job. After they were through not doing their job, they put it back like some kids would do, because I can pull a picket off with my hands and they put it back with bent nails where they put nails. The root that he charged me extra for is still in my yard. The fence is not secure like it was before his crew got here and messed it up. I keep other people's children and the fence needs to be secure for a reason. This company is a LIAR AND A JOKE, DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE. HE PROMISES EVERYTHING AND DELIVERS NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Description of Work: The provider called and said they were on their way on March 28 @ 12:30 pm and did half the job that was promised and messed up my fence in the process.

She called about next door neighbors tree stump pushing against her fence. Gave price to clean up adn haul away as well as repair fence for $550. She said she could not afford. So an agreement was reached of $250 to remove stump and stack against road. This was done. The old fence was taken down (which she was aware of) and put back best way possible. It was an old fence. She called about a root growing in her yard. I explained root was not part of bid, however I would take care of it. I chopped the root left and then she called and complained about fence. My insurance company inspected the fence and found no damage done.
