The very first day we contacted Bill's office, they provided us with comps for houses in the area of interest to us. Bill contacted us that same evening and listened to our needs and wants and helped us talk through our decisions. Later on a friendly member of his team helped us visit the homes that we had chosen to look at and allowed us ample time to look at them. Bill did a great job when it was time for negotiation. When we need the services of a realtor, we will definitely contact Bill again. We also think that his policy to sell your home for free, when you buy a home through him is impressive. THIS REALTOR AND HIS TEAM ARE GREAT! THEY DESERVE ALL A'S.

I contacted Your Home Free via email on 12/28/2014. I was thrilled when I was contacted on 12/29/14 (with it being the holidays I wondered if there would be a delay) and had a positive conversation about selling my home and buying a new home closer to my work. I was told that the agent might be able to come tour my home on 1/4/15. I told him to just call or text me to let me know. I heard nothing on 1/4/15. Then the agent contacted me via phone, but asked to call back at a later time. I asked about touring properties, but was told I need pre-approval first - so I was given a mortgage company's name and I receive my pre-approval on 1/6/15. The agent had still not come to my home so I inquired again on 1/6/15 and was told that if he moved appointment around he could come out on 1/10/15. When I expressed that I was a little uncomfortable about the length of time it was taking to get my home on the market, the seller abruptly called and said since he couldn't meet my expectations he wouldn't be able to fulfill his commitment, and hung up the phone. I literally didn't get a single word in other than hello when I answered the call. I've never had an experience like this and was completely taken off guard and offended. I did everything I was asked to do as soon as it was possible to do it and the agent failed to answer emails or even come to my home in a timely manner. Any time he called, it seems that he was far too busy to be taking time to talk to me. He seemed to think that two weeks was reasonable to get out and see my home - I really didn't but was willing to discuss it, but wasn't given an opportunity on the phone to even ask a question. I contacted another agent and he was here in less than two days and I had my house ready for the market in another 3. (it was the weekend) I guess Your Home Free has so many clients, they don't care about throwing away some. Hopefully I had an isolated incident and others won't get the same treatment.

Bill and his team are very professional. The photographer they use for home photos is excellent. Our home sold within a month of listing. Overall the service Bill and his team provided was good. I would/will use them again.

At all times Team Nelson was attentive and responsive to our requests and needs. When the house sold they provided us with an agenda of what to expect next and when which was extremely helpful. They continually kept you in the loop. Bill, Andra, Andrea and Lori were s delight to work with and we can't thank them enough for the assistance they gave us and their patience with us !!!

After Ken came to our home and discussed our goals, we signed a contract with him to sell our house. It was the most unusual contract...no penalty to cancel at any time, no commission due if we sold the house shortly after cancelling, etc. All of the usual terms that you see in "normal" real estate contracts to protect the agent were deleted. And, as they advertise, no commission if they also represent us on the purchase of our new home. It was clear that we were working with a very unique company/agent! His team put together a beautiful listing on MLS with tons of photos and great descriptions that really highlighted our home's advantages. Although we had priced the home fairly aggressively, we had 2 offers the very same weekend our listing was put on MLS. Ken did a great job of guiding us through the negotiations, and we agreed on a price with the buyers that we were hoping to get. That deal ended up falling through (due to an issue on the buyer's side), but Ken remained calm and supportive, and reactivated the listing. It took several weeks, but we received an even better offer than before, and the sale completed with no issues...it was so smooth and easy. Ken guided us through the whole process and was available whenever we needed to talk to him. The title company even sent a mobile rep to our house for the closing. Couldn't have gone better, and I have recommended Your Home Free/Team Nelson to family and friends!

It was a good experience. We communicated through text messaging, phone and in person. They went out of their area for me, it was very inconvenient for them to help me. I felt like I got a lot of personalized service. They never said no to anything I asked, whether it be questions on the house or to make a decision regarding a home. They were very helpful and knowledgable.

I have worked with Tricia Hoffmann at Team Nelson several times now, for selling, purchasing and leasing homes. I recently wanted to downsize to a smaller, less expensive home and gave Tricia a call. Within 3 days of listing my home, I accepted an offer. It took, however, two months to actually close due to unforeseen delays with the buyer. During those two months, Tricia was my rock. She seemed more like a therapist than a real estate agent, talking me off the ledge on a number of occasions, continually reassuring me that things were going to work out just fine. She stayed after the buyer's agent - who was less than responsive - and handled every request I made of her with a cheerful attitude no matter how insignificant it may have seemed. Tricia also came with me to both the closing the sale of my home and the closing of the purchase of my new home, which gave me the added feeling of security I needed! I really hope I never have to sell/buy a house again - with the exception of my rent house we'll be listing later in the year - but I will never, ever, EVER carry out a real estate transaction without Tricia Hoffmann.

They are very thorough in what they do. They advertise that they will sell your house for free if you buy one through them. They sold our house within a month, and a friend had the same experience. In this market, that's pretty good. They are very kind.

I had just come off of a really bad experience with another realtor, so I was planning on going the "by owner" route to save money. I came across an ad for TeamNelson where they claimed to sell your house FREE if you buy your house through them. (The program is that she waives her typical 3% commission to sell your home. She only makes a commission, paid by the seller, on the new home you buy.) I was a bit skeptical at first, but made a request to be contacted anyway. Tricia Hoffmann called me promptly, and we set up a meeting. She arrived on time, very prepared, and what struck me first off was that she didn't come off as just a "typical salesman" like so many do, making outrageous claims like "I'll sell your house in 30 days!" or "Our marketing strategy is the best in the area." I was immediately comfortable with her; she felt more like a friend I'd known for years. I hired her on the spot and we had my house listed within the week. I received offers on my house in record time, and shortly sold my house through Tricia for only $8000 less than asking price! I was elated! And Tricia worked hard for me, following up on every lead, every showing, making calls to the agents who showed the house. And she wasn't even getting paid to sell my house! She worked diligently on my behalf and remained consistently cheerful (during the end of her pregnancy and pre-/post-delivery even!) fielding dozens and dozens of my emails, phone calls, text messages, about every little concern or question I had. (Any other realtor would likely have shown signs of being annoyed!) She never encouraged me to lower my price as I had been encouraged to do by other realtors in the past. I always felt like her most important client and that her foremost concern was making sure I was taken care of. I cannot more highly recommend Tricia! Where other realtors may boast "bulldog" representation and marketing strategies out the wazoo, Tricia delivers results! No empty promises or baiting methods with her. She is honest, direct, personable, professional, loves what she does and and really a lot of fun to work with!
