Description of Work: Installed granite countertops & tile backsplash. They did a very good job. The granite pattern was matched perfectly at seams and backsplashes. The tile work is great. All of the workmen were punctual, courteous and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: I have used this company numerous times and every time, I am in awe of the results and the service. I have also referred them to many since I am a realtor and my clients ask for a referral. The most recent client used them in August after she purchased a home and pretty much redid the entire home. She is so pleased and can't keep thanking for a job well done by Granite and Tile Outlet II.

Description of Work: The granite install was fine, but the plumbing is a problem. I was not here when the plumber finished installing the new bathroom sink faucet, and when I returned that evening, I found that the cold water flowed very slowly and would not increase. This was NOT a problem with our old faucet and sink. I called Granite and Tile Outlet II and told them about the problem. They said they would send the plumber back out. He never came or called. I called again. They told me the same thing. Same result. Then G&T II called to ask for payment for the balance of the job. I told them we still had the same problem with the faucet, and they told me that they would have the plumber call or come by. I asked for a different plumber. They said ok. I never heard from anyone again until a few weeks later when they called to ask for payment on the balance again. I paid for the remaining part of the granite (which my husband said I shouldn't have) but told them I wouldn't pay for the plumbing until it was done right. They said they would have a plumber come this Tuesday. Big surprise...no one came or called! I am very disappointed with the unprofessionalism of both the plumber and the staff of Granite & Tile Outlet II. I have much more work to be done in multiple bathrooms in my house. I will not use them again and would not recommend them.

Description of Work: I spent over an hour at this location looking at granite samples and discussing my project with the owner. He made an appointment to come to my home to measure for the following Saturday morning at 8 am. On Saturday morning (after I'd gotten up early) I got a TEXT saying that he wouldn't be coming and if I wanted to actually Buy something I could call Them Back! There was no response to my follow up text. Unbelievable.

Description of Work: They are awesome. We have used them twice. They replaced all of our flooring with porcelain tile in our old home as well as our new home.

Description of Work: We are currently using the services of Granite & Tile Outlet II for kitchen remodeling which also includes installing granite and backsplash.

Description of Work: We wanted to give our dated kitchen and bathrooms a face lift since they had not been changed in 15+ years. We had new stone floor put in the kitchen and baths, granite counter tops in all areas, and stone in both showers installed. We never thought our budget would allow us to do all the areas we wanted, and surely not in stone (travertine & granite). When we are ready for hand scraped hardwoods, they will definitely be doing that for us as well.
