They use personable door to door salesman, promise exceptional service and lock you in to an 18 month contract with little recourse. They then lie and try to sell $7-15k attic mice remediation age when other companies find no evidence of hantavirus mice activity. They are labeled pest control but are actually a smooth scam artist operating in numerous states. I believe any ratings above 1 star are paid/fraudulent reviews. It took us a few months to figure out their process. I broke my own rule of never contracting with doors sales and always review company prior to contract."

The contract has 4 check marks at which it appears that it is when you will be charged but the way you will be charged is monthly and not quarterly. Who needs a monthly pest subscription at $50 for 12 months? To break the contract is $200 so be aware and read the contract carefully. Hopefully theyll get a class action due to these practices.
