Waco Foundation Repair Inc

I have a serious concern and cannot get anyone to answer me or call me back. We have had the crew out on Wednesday, March 23, 2022 to start the work. They dug ten holes and started the leveling, but then were called to another job and said they would be back on Friday, March 25, 2022. The crew showed up on March 25, 2022, for about 3 hours, did a little bit of leveling, and then said they were called off to another job again. I am on crutches from hip surgery and we have ten holes that were left open in the back of our house (one of which is right outside the back door, which cannot be used in case of an emergency). This is unacceptable. We need the crew sent out and the job completed. Still waiting for David to call or contact us even once since taking half of the money down on the job on February 11, 2022.

I FOUGHT 2 1/2 YEARS TO GET THEM TO COME OUT AND REPAIR WHAT THEY HAD MESSED UP. I ENDED UP PAYING ANOTHER COMPANY TO DO THE REPAIRS.

In May 2016 my mom called and had Waco foundation provide her with foundation service. About 6 months after the work was completed she started noticing the back of her home wasn't sitting right, She has what looks like ramps in her house which are under the house. She started calling the business and left message after message and no response. While i was down visiting my mother i asked her about the floor issues, She explained that it was from the foundation work, I then asked her if she had contacted them and she told me yes but no response. So i started calling, I left 3 messages before anyone contacted me back.When he was talking to me it was just excuse after excuse about not having a good person in the message department and him having to fire some people and how he would get back to my mother. He also mentioned the weather which it had rained for a couple of days. EXCUSE AFTER EXCUSE!!!! But i explained that a phone call would be good for now so that it doesn't look like he is ignoring her. But once again nothing. It is now February and he isn't calling my mother or myself back!! Completely dropped off radar and i guess doesn't want to work on her property even though it was still under warranty. I'm very upset that this company has taken advantage of my elder mother and wont fix her issues. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! So if you are an elder person DON"T USE THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERS!!!!

I am in the process of making a decision. Their bid was $17,000. My impression was good. He didn't give me a definite date on how long the estimate was good for. He is an excellent person and I felt very comfortable with him.

I think that they were actually the only ones that hangout and gave me an estimate and I had search on the internet with Angie's list trying to get an idea what it looks to be cost me and I don't think it was all because anybody had told me anything about them but I even called anybody but I'm pretty sure nobody else came out and gave me a quote. Thinking that they actually did not happen to put in another water to pierce and he did not increase the price, he's stuck with the quote that he had given me so just stuck with this even though there was a little bit more work. The price is not that bad either. I would use them again in the future.

Kevin is a friendly, knowledgeable professional. He understood our problem and recommended several guttering solutions to solve it. The seamless gutters were ordered and installed within 10 days or so. Company kept in contact during this time to update on the status of order. Highly recommend this fine company.

Performed work as agreed. Weather got in the way of more prompt start, however, the workers were professional and eager to please.

Service was contracted out to very knowledgable & professional Ft Worth contractor who proved Provided services well just didnt bring enough covers for big holes ( by front door & left open over night.) Could've been slightly dangerous. Would defiinitely use them again if they contracted to same guy because of his extensive experience, friendliness & professionalism--he knew what was doing & got job promised in timely fashion!! You don't usually have someone with an extreme amount of knowledge on the frontlines! Impressive & answered all questions & concerns!!

Called several contractors to get prices. They came out, analyzed the slab, made recommendation and provided price on the spot. I needed the work done quick so they agreed to do the work on Saturday to allow for an early completion. Completed all work as specified and a single day. Was able to see the slab move back into location as they worked and they showed us the results vs. where we started.

A contract with W.F.R.I. was signed where six piers were to be installed to correct foundation problems linked to our house. as construction was near the end, the crew ran into a problem ( rotted wood under the foundation) which prevented further work.

The price was quite reasonable and so far the place has held together. They were on time and the owner was quite professional.

Waco Foundation Repair Inc. were nice people. Their estimate seemed reasonable and fair. Their pricing was competitive. They quoted me for $8000. They seemed to be honest. They kept their time and when they're going t0 show up. They gave good estimates. The price and quality of what they're going to do seemed worth the money. Their scheduling was tight. They seemed to be on the money. They were professional. They gave a good quote. They left people to explain what they were going to do.

The overall experience was that it went pretty well. I had a few concerns at first, but the issues were addressed imediately. Clean up around the outside of the house was okay, one small issue to resolve. Inside clean up was a broom sweeping, but not mopped. I am very pleased with actual leveling of the house. The doors and windows all work properly again. The cracks in the walls didn't completely go away, but are very minimal now.

Waco Foundation Repair was one of four bids sought to level a 50+ year old house on pier and beam foundation. Mr Maddox was arrived on time for the estimate on 26 July and was personable and professional. He gave me an honest opinion of what the house did and did not need, did not talk down about other companies in the house leveling field. After considering all the bids, I decided to go with Waco Foundation Repair. The work was scheduled for the beginning of August without a hassle. On the day scheduled for the work, the work crew showed up just before the scheduled time and were ready to begin work at the scheduled time. The work crew were polite, professional and worked continuously until the job was completed that afternoon. The crew foreman monitored the house adjustments throughout the house and the work was completed without incident.

Tall guy seemed to do all the work with plenty of observers. ;o) Work was not unsightly. So far, the patch is holding on. The bill was for the agreed amount.

I thought the pricing was great and I found them after doing research.

He was great, said we were better off than most -- NO foundation issues and for a house in Woodway (we close on the 29th!) Recommended some landscape work, and that was it, Didn't cost me a dime and he checked everything with a neat leveling tool! Explain everything and said our inspector was really GOOD, and overly causous! REcommended we get a landscaper in to do some minor yard work!

They originally gave the estimate in 2009. I had to wait to afford them. They are very professional. I feel like they are worth the price. They are finishing up the work right now.
