+ -1 moreIt was a great experience dealing with Shortell Spa Repair. I called and described my issue, they came out the following Saturday to do the repairs. I was at work at the time but my wife said they were very polite, and explained everything they were doing. I assumed they would look at the problems, order parts and get it repaired the following week, imagine my surprise when I came home to a running hot tub! They carried all the parts they needed and repaired it that afternoon. They even left the old parts there so I could see what all they replaced and why. Their service exceeded my expectations!
Description of Work: I needed a leaking pump repaired as well as one of the motors had died on my older model hot tub.

+ -1 moreThe interaction was not so good. They were little hard to get in touch with after they finally came out. Scheduling and returning telephone calls was kind of tough. They did fix part of the problem and they didn't get it all. The stuff didn't show up until after they left. When we tried to get them to come back, they never come back. The price was real good for what they did. On quality, what they did was good. The responsiveness was very poor. My parents were dealing with them.

Description of Work: They repaired a pump when the manufacturer would not honor their warranty. He came out when he said he would, completed the repair and the spa is running fine. He was very thorough.
